1. Hold phone upright in your right hand with your right arm extended in front of you.
2. Bend your left leg to a 90 degree angle, such that the sole of your foot is pointing away from and behind you.
3. Bend your right arm towards your body and simultaneously lower your head until your forehead makes contact with the phone.
4. Re-extend your arm.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 vigorously and incessantly.
6. Profit.

Use it, enjoy it, and don't abuse it.
Make a nandroid backup.
If you want to flash a custom firmware image, read the stickies and valuable threads especially made by "creepyncrawly"
