Did I do something wrong? Installed via recovery on Nottachtrix 2.1.0 but the Status - Bar didn't change?
Any hints?

There is some systemui.apk
and delete it
then apply the theme again
I only have blue-res.apk, framework-res.apk and moto-res.apk. Should I delete any of these?

I can if you know how to integrate/add files to your framework-res.apk. It cannot be done with MetaMorph tho.
Is there a guide or something I can follow and achieve it? Or could u give instructions on how to?
Sent from my Legend using XDA App
Sure, there are several guides and HOWTOs on XDA (Chef Central, Desire Development...) on how to theme, repack, sign and everything. There are even several tools available that let you do all these steps in one swoop. I'm sorry but I can't guide you through all of that but if you have a will to do it, you will find a way through, of that I'm sure.

BlaY0,
Any chance to switch notifications itself to black background and white text? Curious why you didn't make it - hard to change or you just like white notifications?

Hy, i have made two zips, so you can test cyanogen settings include notificationbar toggles in zdzihu&jerpelea´s freeX10 beta4
Flash freex10-cyanogen.zip with Xrec
In zip files there are:
CMparts.apk
CMPartsHelper.apk
CMStats.apk
CMUpdateNotify.apk
Settings.apk
SettingsProvider.apk
Services.jar (modified with cyanogen toggles)
To get back to Stock freeX10:
Restore Settings in CM-Settings to default
flash convert-to-freex10.zip in Xrec
and delete
CMparts.apk
CMPartsHelper.apk
CMStats.apk
CMUpdateNotify.apk
in System/app folder
All credits go to zdzihu&jerpelea!!!!
Thank you for all your hard work!!!!

Is that the status bar the prevents the device from booting when roaming (the db display lacks the logic)?
If so maybe you can warm people on the first post

If you go to Mr R's thread where the radio taskbar display was developed:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=836360
then there's a bug such that when you roam your phone gets stuck in a boot loop.
It's recognised as code not developed yet:

They do work. you need to use the 2.5.x.x recovery image. They are written with the older style scripts.

You can easily do it in UOT kitchen. You must upload framework.res and systemUI. http://uot.dakra.lt/kitchen/ Try to play with it (read some guides etc.), it is easy after a while. Or tell me which ROM you use and I can do it for you

Hm you might have to deodex the ROM first, but I am not sure. There are many themes out there you can try, for example the ICS theme by sonnysekhon. You can fin it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1311069 download the "ICS_1.6.apk" and install it

Themes can make the status bar transparent. The one I linked to makes it around 40% transparent. The background for status bar is statusbar_background in systemUI.apk. Ofc I can try, send me the files here or PM me

Well OP what version do you have it working on?
If your going to invite us here to try your mods then maybe you should tell us what it works on and what it don't work on so we're not spending unnecessary time restoring backups. Possibly a "beta" tag until you are able to provide more information about what versions of android his works on. That "maybe it works but" makes you look very unsure of your own mod

Bro You Can Remove Unless Toogle By SQ Lite Editor! How See this
---
1) Download sqlite editor app.
2) Open the app and give it root permissions. It should populate a list.
3) Scroll and Tap the "Settings Storage"
4) Tap "Settings.db"
5) Tap "System"
6) Scroll down until you find "notification_panel_active_app_list", tap to highlight it. I noticed its a little hard to get it highlighted because it seems to want to highlight the one under it.
7) Once it is highlighted tap the phones menu button.
8) Tap "Edit Record"
9) You'll see a list of all the toggles that are currently enabled to show in notification area.
10.)Remove The Unuse Toogle
