[DEVS] Starting Rom Team, need developers / themers / testers - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

Well, I have been thinking of starting a rom team which will be developing roms for the Xperia 2012 devices and maybe other devices in the future.
The thing is that I need members like developers, themers and so on.
To join the rom team you need to know this before starting:
For devs:
*How to compile from source code
*How to decompile apk's and jar's
*How to modify the system
For themers:
*How to decompile apk's
*Image editing and creation
For testers:
*How to do a logcat
*Unlocked bootloader
Well, that is quite basic stuff you need to know before applying. To apply simply write why you want to join the team, and tell me about your previous knowledge.
We're searching only a few people to get it all more organized and apply quick to get your chance to be a part of the team.
