If anyone has noticed, Zero Lemon has extended batteries made for a selected few devices. Extended batteries are usually made up of two batteries stuck together. Zero lemon makes their own extra large second battery on top that much further extends power capacity.
I put in a request. Please help and put in yours if your interested. Email: [email protected]

Yep looks like our OG Notes are being shunned for accessories. I combed eBay and Google for a rugged case with battery and got nothing, even an extended battery door case would be lovely, but it seems it's either one or the other: good case or a big battery. Considering the screen size my battery life is decent, but I think I'll be jumping to e Note 3 or Nexus 5 with battery case soon.
My biggest complaint with my GNote which I bought late in the game end of last year full retail yes I shouldnt have gotten an att branded one but they are treating it like a certain windows developer treats their mistakes, Oh we screwed up kick it under the rug and act like it didnt happen, I have tried a few extended batteries they are junk etc some of them are just a regular battery and a weight after disassembling them.

I believe you can find it on amazon for cheaper.
There is one by Hyperion on Amazon. 1800 mAh but I can't comment on how good it actually is
Thanks for the speedy responses. I'll look into those
Make sure to report back how it works. The hyperion one mentioned above is not supposed to cause the boot loop problem.

Make sure it's the i777 one, they just released it and like mentioned above its supposed to remedy the boot loop issue that the i9100 caused.
Good info, ill order one and check it out too
I just received my hyperion battery today and I can say its just a Lil bit lighter and thinner then the original battery. Out of curiosity are we suppose to drain these battery first because I just put it in my phone and charged it.

Hey! Mugen Power has a OEM sized extended battery for AT&T SGS2
1800mAh man
Also they have a super-big one: 3200mAh
The actual answer is no.

Normally for one model they have the standard size with extend capacity and another super size with 2-3 times capacity of the standard one. I have tried HTC Sensation's extended battery, works great on my HTC.
Hope you can find what you need. Besides, they ship to all over the world for free!

The HTC Sensation is a special case because it shares batteries with the Evo 3D, but other phones either you're buying something with the same capacity as the stock battery, or less.
If OEMs could make a battery with more capacity in the same space, we have to ask ourselves, why wouldn't they do it?
Exactly... The amount of money they spend on the battery technology alone is crazy. In the old days before smart phones motorola lived and bashed on good battery life... It was the selling point for phones... Until smart phones. But in my opinion it's even more important
Sent from my SGH-I777 using XDA App
Its difficult to quantify battery life as its so subjective to actual use/ user habits.
That said, battery technology is pretty good and consistent. You can only get so much "juice" in a battery given its size.
samsung made a 2000 mAh for the euro galaxy s 2, it ads just a little bit of thickness
I would agree with the claims that battery life is nearly impossible to extend but I personally really noticed how much battery life went up with my Inspire when I tried going back to the OEM battery with my normal daily use I'd do with the extended battery. It was incredible what a difference a few hundred mAh make
Sent from my Samsung GT-I9100
It'd be hella nice to get a 2000 mAh battery with NFC support for less than $40.
is this for oyr note?
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B006T...mp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B006TKDS54
Holy Bejeezus. Looks like it will make the note a brick and a half, but the battery life could be ridiculous depending on how good the quality is. I know a lot of times the mAh are exaggerated on off brand batteries, but at 20 bucks somebody should definitely give this a go.
This should probably be in the accessories section though.
I saw another post from a guy saying he gets a day and a half on moderate use and about a day with heavy use... Im a bit curious too

Thanks for being the guinea pig! Be sure to post some battery tests as well to compliment the pictures. Nothing too serious, just a comparison of a rundown vs. the stock battery with your normal use would be enough.
If it is able to make it through 2 days, this would definitely be the first extended battery that I would be interested in. For my previous phones, infuse and captivate, the extended batteries cannot make it through a full two days, making them pointless in my opinion. A full two days would be useful for trips and whatnot.

I'm sure your stock battery is just as likely to do the same. Hyperion is an established company that makes both normal and extended batteries for a wide variety of devices that I have seen, not just some no name piece of crap. And if your battery starts feeling warm, I'm sure you would have enough time to remove it before it explodes.
Your logic is like this: I pay 20k for a new car, so I'm not going to buy any aftermarket battery, because it could blow up. Have fun paying more for a replacement battery if you ever need one.

If this company is reliable, and their product is great, then there's no problem using it. I was talking about cheap battery you can find on ebay in general. Just make sure that you're using a good battery. If it got on fire or exploded, say goodbye to your phone's manufacturer warranty.

If aftermarket battery is reliable (3M, AAA, etc), I won't mind getting it for my 50k car.
And I'm not saying that this Hyperion brand is not good. I'm saying I don't know about it, if you want to get it, make sure that you do your research that it's good and don't just go cheap on it.
I know they can catch on fire and explode but you seem to have a better chance of winning the lottery.
Those battery covers are for international and chinese Note, even though the white one says "AT&T i717". Those Hyperion covers don't have a NFC antenna, so you lose NFC capabilities, if you use them.
And when nfc works on att and i have places in my area that have nfc the note 2 will probley be out....

It's probably closer to 3800 to 4000mah. The Chinese variants always lie to sell some batts unless it's Seido or Mugen who are trusted.
I am getting to the point where i am going to buy one. I am going to wait until my 30 days is up then buy an extended battery. Probably a cheap one like that first. I can't justify $100 for a Mugen one when it comes out, so this may work.

However with Mugen you get a 1 year warranty and guaranteed quality battery rated at 5000+ mah vs these knock offs that may wear off quicker and most likely no warranty.
You get what you pay for
I 100% agree going with Mugen is the smarter move. If I can take the chance and spend $15 on a knockoff and get lucky that it works well it is worth it seeing how the real deal is like 8 times more expensive.
Anyways most people don't keep there phones for more than 2 years anymore so longevity isn't always the biggest selling point.

honestly on this phone I don't notice much of a difference on 3g vs 4g for battery life. I don't know why that is, maybe it has something to do with the size of the antennae running through the back cover.
Totally worth it. Extended battery is a must though if you want to use 4g for more than 5 minutes. With extended battery, you can go all day with Pandora on 4g and still have a good 30% or so left.

I will say this though, these are putting out 4700 mAh while the mophies for iphone are only like 1200mAh or so and those sell for $100. So by that notion these aren't a bad deal.

It has to be one hour of screen life lol. I've finally gotten my phone to only use 1-2% of it's battery while its on stand by. However it doesnt matter how long I've had the phone on or anything if I go to 2 hours of screen on time my phone is sitting around 50% +/- a few depending on some other factors. So that's the only conceivable way for me to see him doing it.
Missed the comment above about Mophie and you're 100% right. This is a great deal compared to their offerings for the ONE or the S3. 100$ here gets you a lot more juice.

A one year warranty sounds pretty darn good. I can't bring myself to spend $90 though, and no way $100 for the brick unless I was traveling. Tempted by the extra 3000 and doesn't look THAT bad. Hell this thing barely fits in my pocket as is, what's an extra few mm going to really matter? Price point on mugen products are notoriously high and stay there. I don't see this being any cheaper. I may just pull the trigger on this but have to sleep on it a few days first. Not an impulse shopper by any means.
I'll pick one up in the next week or two, it's ideal for my purposes, especially since I bought a GoPro Hero 3 Black which I control from my phone using Wi-Fi. The extra power will be very useful.
