[Q] Samsung Galaxy Grand cann't install CWM - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello Friends,
Couldn't find any particular section for Galaxy Grand so posted the Question here. I've been following all the steps given in the tutorials on XDA and youtube and many other sites to install CWM in Galaxy Grand, but to my misfortune, whenever I complete the process and try to open CWM using VOLUME UP+POWER+MENU button, the ANDROID SYSTEM RECOVERY <3e> menu opens and then I could do nothing.
I've tried installing CWM 9 times and also tried removing the batteries.
Please someone help me... :crying:
What should I do???

same problem
i have the same problem i have tried many time the same procedure on diffrent sites even the different recovery file but always open system recovery <3e> what to do any body help plz.

You have to follow the same procedure as given in all the websites. The only difference to made is that you have to untick the "Auto Reboot" option while installing from Odin. And after the complete installation, remove your batteries, insert them again and open in recovery mode. Worked for me

[Q] Can' flash CWM or custom ROM

Hi all,
I realize this issue must have been asked before but I couldn't find the fix through the forum.
I'm trying to flash my Galaxys S3 (I9300 International Version) but nothing seems to work.
I go into recovery and try to unzip the latest CWM (here) but all I get is a 'signature verification failed'.
I try to install CWM recovery through the app but it says 'an error occured while flashing your recovery'.
When I try to flash this ROM (here), CM11, from recovery, after a full factory reset I get 'failed to verify whole-file signature' & 'signature verification failed'.
So that leaves me stuck at the beginning ...
Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance!

I am, but I can't get into CMW recovery either, not through the app.
I just get an error when it reaches a 100%.
Should I buy the touch version from the store?
