[Q] Safe volume setting? - HTC Droid DNA

Whenever I hook my phone up to my car's stereo I turn the phone volume up all the way so that I can keep the car volume at a low level. However, I forget that the media volume is set high so when I go to listen to music the volume almost destroys my ears before I turn it down.
My old phone had it to where the volume goes to a default volume whenever headphones are plugged in. Does this phone have that cause I'm not seeing it. If not, is there an app that does it?

You might wanna check out Audio Manager or Volume Control +. both have sound locking features so the sound wont change unless u are in the app to change the volume. hope this helps

[Q] Media volume auto drops when headset plugged in

I notice when I set the media volume max and plug in headphones to listen to music, it will automatically drop the media volume down. It does it all the time even though i set the media volume at max. Once I plug a headset into the 3.5mm jack the media volume just drops back to its default values. How do I make it stop?

[Q] Bluetooth & Notifications!

When I've connected my Bluetooth headset (MW600), my notification volumes are lowered automatically by the system. I found the reason that I don't listen to my music at full volume.
Keeping my music volume lower, is it possible to keep my notification tone's volume at max? (My setting is max already and if I disconnect, I have no issues).

Same happens to me when I connect to my car: volume goes down to approx. 70% and yields the volume control to the car. Just use your headset volume keys and forget about the phone.

Thanks for the reply.
Ja, I do that, but when I play the music it blasts out of my ear! Kinda annoying. I never had this issue with my X10 or Arc. I used this same Bluetooth with them!

Volume Slider Resets Itself?

Just bought an Xperia Z Tablet and note that the volume seems low.
When I go to the Settings/Sound/Volumes I see the button on the first Volumes selector ie Music video games & other media is about half way across.
I slide it all the way and press OK but when I go back in it has reset itself to the half way marker?
I am using blue tooth headphones while this is happening.
Any ideas why or how to boost the volume?
OK, just plugged in some conventtional headphones and when turning the volume up got the warning message. This didn't appear with the bluetooth headset so the system limited the volume. Once I had set OK in conventional headphone mode it seemed to clear the way for full volume in bluetooth mode. Volume is fine now.

Disabling "volume safety" feature/bug

Is there any way to keep the headphone volume setting at full volume whenever I unplug and plug the headphones back in?
It took a while before I knew what was going on, then I finally saw the dialogue window pop up when I plugged my headphones in. It said "volume lowered for your safety". I REALLY don't like this so-called feature. I want the volume to be how I left it when unplugged the headphones.
Is there any fix for this?
I use a Play Store app called Hearing Saver. It allows you to set what the volume will be when you plug or unplug your headphones (independently). Should do what you want.
Edit to say that the high volume warning still pops up.

Thanks. Works great.
I only wish it would "remember" my last volume and just set it to that. But presetting it to 100% is the next best thing.

Extremely loud headset ringtone volume resetting itself Honor 10 Lite EMUI 9.1

Please help.
Whenever I plug in my headset, the phone is supposed to change the ringtone volume as per the profile I set in the volume settings, but it only does so when the volume settings view is in foreground. If I plug in the headset while the phone is locked, or in the home screen, or in any other app, it doesn't work. Sometimes I forget and my ears are left ringing for a good while. Is there any way to fix this so the volume changes when I plug in the headset even if it is locked?
This is a health hazard. Seriously.
