I need a call blocker or blacklist caller with silent reject and which can run in background when I clear RAM or kill apps with NQ Android Booster because it kills the blocker too. Or maybe you cand show me how to bypass Root Call Blocker over app killing. I've tried a few but none did both at the same time.

HI! I own a HTC Evo 3D, running ICS, previously Gingerbread.
Before upgrading to ICS, i used a call blocker / filter, that discretely alert the "missed" blacklisted calls , only by showing in the upper drawer a chosed icon from the app. No missed call notification.
But since ICS, i have tried several call blocker apps, well configured, but the same problem appeared. Even if i am called from a blacklisted person, a notification is always in the drawer: Missed call, and the name of the blacklisted person.
What to do? I don't want to disable from the call options, the notification issue, thus the whitelisted persons will not appear in the drawer.
Any suggestions?

Is it possible to disable the heads-up notifications while in fullscreen mode? I think it is very annoying when I watch a video (for example) and someone texts me at the same time so that the notification is popping up and the media volume is lowering a little.
Still no fix for this? I know, there is an app called HeadsOff but it only lets you enable or disable Heads On notifications for specific apps. But I want them to be disabled everytime I am in landscape fullscreen mode. Any idea? I even have root, so there MUST be a fix!?
So basically i hate that intrusive notification that takes half your screen. and didn't find a way to disable it.
Samsung did improve the whatsapp notification, it's much smaller now, but facebook for example still displays the same old intrusive notification...
Anyone out there knows how to disable that?
Does anyone know a way to stop audible notifications from apps whist in a call automatically, without having to manually turn off notifications?
Dialler and notifications settings offers no way to.
I used to use RCB Root Call Blocker, and that app was the best ever, ever since Oreo it no longer works, the Dev knows this, and knows how to make it work, but it would be blacklisted on the Play store.
I tried Blacklist Blocker from Fdroid, and that worked well on Oreo.
Now that I am on Pie, Blacklist Blocker no longer works either.
The best I can do is, do not disturb for anyone that is not in my contacts.
Does anyone know of a call blocker that actually works?

Seems to work well, I did not add the "Ringer Volume 0" task as my phone would only vibrate and not ring, but it does not ring a blocked number without 0 volume any ways.
Tasker is on my list for a nice donation, awesome app.
