I know that we can end call by pressing the power button, but I would also like to answer a call with power button.
Does anyone knows an app that allows this and works on P760 ?

I'm missing the 1.6 "feature" of the caller application hanging upp when I press the power button. Is it in any way possible to configure the phone to hang up when I press a hardware button? Preferably I'd like to bind it to the "back" button, since that's the one I'm least likely to accidentally press.

instead of changing the FOCUS button, use the key 116 that has POWER on it, change POWER to ENDCALL and change WAKE to WAKE_DROPPED, save it, restart phone and there you go
Press the "back" key. I think it will end the call in progress.

sometimes the back button will end it, sometimes not

Back key only seems to work before a call has been answered, but during the call it does not work.

A W E S O M E ! ! ! ! !
Problem solved, I love you! Really.
I found the way how to set it so you can answer the incoming call by pressing the home button instead of sweeping the screen - because it sometimes doesn't respond at all. But is there any way to end the call the same way - instantly by pressing the home button? Could't find it in any settings. Need to be setting in stock firmware, not moded at all.
Thank you
You can end the call by pressing the power button. Settings>Call>Answering/Ending>"The power key ends call"

Thanks for the tips. I don't know about this option before.

I know that, but I want to end the call by pressing the home key, not the power key.
Carlitos... can you tell me how you changed the sweeping option to answer the call ???? I assume that this will still have both options to answer the call right ?????
Thanks in advance...
Any answer please....

Thanks my friend...
Would also love to be able to switch the home and endcall keys while in conversation
I know there is an app that can remap keys, however, I only want those keys remapped while calling.
No one has taken up this challenge? Amazing. Seems like it's not enough of a challenge for the experts here. Otherwise this would be very useful instead of having to look for the power key every time to end calls
Hi, could someone help me, please?
My phone is not rooted and I want to unlock my phone using long press home button.
I had it on my old phone, but there's not that option in settings.
Is there any app, that could do stuff like this?
I have tried button remap apps but there's no "unlock" or "wake up" option for long press action.
Hi,
My phone frequently goes into silent mode due to accidental long press of the shortcut button (left side physical key) which is very annoying. Furthermore, I have lost many important calls.
I already disabled the shortcut button but the long press function is still putting my phone into silent mode.
Is it possible to disable or remove long press function of the shortcut button?
Thanks in advance.
I have the same problem. Must be a function

I got a simple solution:
Just install an app volume lock (you can find in google play store).
When you lock a volume, pressing a key won't change the volume of sound.

This method not working, anybody know how to disable left button? xposed additions not working too for me :/
I know you can press 3 fingers on the screen but it is complicated, is it possible to take screenshots by the power button like Sony Xperia? I know you can hold volume down and press power, but i want it under the power button as a function.
Unfortunately, the Motorola G22 does not have a built-in feature that allows you to take a screenshot directly using the power button alone, like some Sony Xperia devices. The standard method on the Motorola G22 is to press and hold the volume down button and power button simultaneously to capture a screenshot.
Yes i have learned to handle it.
