Yes, search for the UOT (Ultimate Online Kitchen) in Google or perhaps even here for the link. Assuming that you are rooted with a deodexed ROM.

can someone please advise me how to switch off the xda thread email notification everytime someone posts on a thread i subscribed too. I appear to be getting an email all the time rather than the xda notification that normally appears in the notification bar.

Yes go to gallery,my pictures then click event change it to albums then it's under the menu or the three dots
