I got a XT910 running ICS ( 672.180.291.XT910.AmericaMovil.en.01 ) ....many people is saying that there's gonna be a OTA update to Jelly Bean in the next days....my question is...What is the difference between my version and the Brazil one, what is that going to change on my phone? Thanks a lot in advance guys!

But if you really wonder Jelly Bean, you can reach offical JB leaks (OTA and Full firmware packages) in SamMobile. Check the General section. You will find whatever you want. first of all you have to know what is CF-root, odin, recovery, CWM etc..

I know there is a post HOW TO update to GSM JB EU, but unfortunately I cannot understand a simple instruction how to update.
Please help me to make the things clear.
What are the instructions? What should be the initial status of the phone ( Version of ICS and so on... rooted/unrooted...)

I have recently ordered a verizon motorola droid xt912 to use in a europe GSM network. It will have pre installed stock 2.3.5. Since I need to update it to ICS or later for GSM use I want you guys to suggest me whether I should update to latest JB update 4.1.2 or go to ICS because I am afraid of going to JB because I have seen some people have issues with it.

Dude 4.1.2 is totally fine for use. Even 4.2.2 is out. Always go for the latest android version to enjoy the latest features.
