Flash a custom rom based on ICS.

Look at http://www.sammobile.com/firmware/ and search suitable FW nearest for your country.

Make sure you flash the firmware for the i9100G and not the regular i9100
I think jelly bean is available now for the i9100g is it not?

A custom rom can only be flashed on a rooted phone? If so then I don't want to root my phone.

Why dont you want to root your device? All you have to do is flash a stock samsung firmware from www.sammobile.com to restore back to stock.

Hey so I've checked out the Foxhound rom and was wondering if I used on my GT-I9300T if it would be all sweet or brick as it isn't the international version but the Australian one.

.. I'd be careful and not flash until someone can confirm you'll be fine

Hi,
I bought a Galaxy SIII on T-MOBILE UK. It was on stock ROM 4.0.4 where I rooted and unlocked it via an App. I updated the Android 4.1.1 XXDLI8 Where my sim card is not working. Would I have to revert to the T-MOBILE UK firmware and root. If so where is that firmware as I can't find it on Google.
Please help
Thanks
