Umm. Does it happen when you also play games or only with the unlock screen. When you have warranty then they can fix this. Maybe you dropped it somewhere?

The pic doesn't show, but I also get the streaks on the display when ever the is a black background, it only happened when I dual booted my phone so I guess it is something to do with that lol

It doesn't seem to work with the tablet.
hello I have a problem on stock rom and also on CM10.1 it works great but there are specific games that I get weird squares and cant play because of them here:
