Hi all,
i have intalled the refered ROM yesterday, when i try to active the delivery reports for SMS and MMS and the option to do that it's not listed in messaging options. I search in the development thread and nothing related with that. My service provider is Vodafone Portugal and they have delivery reports.
Can anyone help me to active that option? Or if this option have been removed from this ROM?

Yes it is possible to view the names of sms senders when they message you but you need to have their phone details in your contacts list.
I assume when you ask about cooking you are asking about when people refer to "cooking a ROM" this means people have made their own personalised ROM using a web site that allows you to select different programs to be added with the ROM version you want, have a look here.

seems you still have PPC2002, either to use the patch you get from www.yorch.net or upgrade to WM2003 in which this bug is fixed
Hi i am running omega v5.0 and when i get a message and read it the message icon still shows 1 yet i don't have any unread messages. anyone know if this is a bug or experiencing the same problem? have also checked all email carriers to make sure its not that at the moment i have to delete the shortcut and replace it for the 1 message sign to be removed
I've the same problem with Omega v4.1, but it seems to be a common problem, even with the stock rom. But if someone have a solution please post it

is anyone else also having problems with sending sms on MM TEAM MiUI 2.3.30 ML ?
If I want to send a sms i always get an error: sms could not be sent, if I choose to send sms again then it works sometimes.
On Stock rom I don't have this problem.
What could it be?
Baseband is *.71 on X10i.
I use kCernel_v5_1036.

Hey Brokethalaw, i've performed a search related with "sms" word on the main topic of that ROM and found some other users who are expecting the same issues and others who not, check if you find the solution by this link of the search:

Also, ensure that you're installing the latest V7

Hello everybody,
After looking for and following some tips (about changing the apn) of several threads, I still can't receive or send MMS with my Xperia X10 with that rom: [cm10] XPERIA X10Z-10.1.A.1.350(19/3/13)[cm10] and this kernel: X10_4.1.X_cmx10_BootManager_v21.ftf. Thanks to Vasishta Reddy.
This ROM is very good but also recent so as I am new in the forum, I am not able to send my feedback on the dev threads so I wanted to say it somewhere, maybe it's not in the good place.
I wanted to specify that my operator is Bouygues Telecom (B&you).
How can I resolve this problem.
There are also other problems like Timescape.

I am facing issue since I update to [ROM][4.4.4][CDMA/GSM] Official CM11. I have successfully installed it on Stock ROM and currently using stable release 21/09/2014. My only issue is that I am not able to send sms. Whenever I try to send SMS, it shows sms send failed message with red exclamation sign.
I live in Pakistan and I am using Ufone Network which operates on GSM (as per List_of_mobile_network_operators_in_Pakistan on wikipedia)
Can anyone please help me with it. Please feel free in case of any further info.

Check your VPN
If you havent tried this already you could always go to the ufone customer support Manual-GPRS-and-MMS-Setting page and find the android htc vpn settings to see if you have the correct ones set.
