Hello. Can you guys help me with something? I want to keep the Xperia Z walkman port on my phone very light. What apks do you recommend me to delete/disable to make it run lighter. I think it's a bit on the heavy side. I'd like to keep the sound enhancements, too. Thanks in advance!
Also, is there an ultimate-non-appkilling fix for XLoud on Xperia Mini Pro?

Remove semcvisualizer.apk and all other plugins like karaoke, Google etc. If you don't want to use gracenote then delete semcmetadatacleanup. apk too

many people dont know about the walkman Z
its the best multimedia device ever, and the music player is a must have its much much much much better and cooler than the normal music player from the mobile devices...
it runs on android...so its not impossible to take the apps and make a flasheble zip from it...
I saw that some people have already made a flashable port to xperia 10 and xperia S so it would be cool to have a flashable zip port for arc or a port that supports all divices..

I think this has to be about hardware more than the apk itself if that was the case it will be included in all the xperia packages.
But i can`t be sure of that so lets try it.
I dont know why ill be using gloves but sounds cool. =)

Xperias r known for style
Using xperia wid gloves put on...
Btw glove mode is more of a hassle than a good feature

yah i know but it is more on gaming, btw i think it is needed for me because winter season right now..so i can install and reinstall easily the apk file
one more thing it same like someone had extract svoice.apk from samsung s3 and it is compatible with other devices

i don't think so because even android system, bluetooth,setting apps you still can freeze them,extract or delete(harm your phone) if u want by using root uninstaller
you owned your phone..so you can do whatever you want with your phone after root
please again for SONY XPERIA SOLA's USER..do it, and share it
There isn't any glovemode.apk or any apk related to glovemode.
It is in framework of Xperia sola.It won't be easy to port it other device and also you might need hardware.

Hi, about this i just installed cm9 in my xperia u and really happy with the performance boost, the thing is that im a huge fan of digital clock widgets (like the one from stock) and tried some of them from play store but none of them worked for me, they install but when i look for them dont show up with the other widgets.
Anyone could please give me a light on this please, maybe im missing something

I own a SE LWW. It is rooted with a locked boot loader on ICS with the build number .587. Can anyone link to a working version of the Xperia NXT version of Walkman app with the Clearbass and etc?
I have tried ThilanaC's one but I see no change. I flashed it through CWM and thn rebooted it and then moved the audio effects file but still it didn't change.
Any help?

my advice, get the normal walkman, the ones with so called "sound enhancements" are not really enhancing the sound.
if you want better sound, buy better headphones/earphones. really, the default player is good if your hardware is good

No, I actually didn't go for the ones with the fancy names or features. I just want the stock Walkman app from the Xperia NXT series.

Could you be meaning the walkman from device like Xperia S? In this case you should try TK's walkman:

Did you give one of them a try?
Because I think no one will be interested in porting old walkman player.
W890i is not even an Android phone.
So the walkman app there is from a different base.

Thanx for your reply man......................... i have tried all of the versions but settled with OctanE 5.0 which has walkman player with clear bass + AC!D 4.0 but still i feel that i am missing that sound quality.........................:silly::silly: it sounds really crazy but it produce really superb music man i had my time with my old w890i but unfortunately i have broken its headphone / charging socket

Xperia Mini speakers has low sound, It is not a music edition phone like live with walkman or your old w890i
Ya I know but I never use speakers to listen music.... I am talking about listening experience through headphones....
