Status Bar Header....

Can anyone tell me how to resize this? This is the area in the notification bar that has wifi, bluetooth, etc.. toggles --- I have tried editing size of the image in gimp and ninjamorph but that is not helping. I do not want to be able to see the names of the toggles....help....
Ask Annex. I remember that he knew the mod to remove text under those buttons. Most of his themes do not have that text.
I had the same issue and ended up using a header out of the SGS2 theme for project V on the EDT forums and changing the color to suite my needs.
Edit: attached them here, not sure which one it uses so I did them both.
Thank Annex, 100% his work.

Any easy way to change status bar colour?

Hi,
Just installed CWM7 on my ST15i and I'm loving it, the only disappointment is the lack of customization when it comes to the status bar.
Does anybody know a way in which to manually change the colour of the status bar (pref. to white) and swap the notification pngs to contrast?
I know there's an app (statusbar+) which can "overlay" your old status bar with a new one, but it's sluggish and unresponsive at the best of times.

Theming MIUI(Carrier Logos/Indicators/Status Bars)

1) okay, so ive wasted about 3 hours attempting to do the carrier logo trick that i saw on YOUTUBE located here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMGFaUjTIIE
each and everytime i try to do this it never works. The theme(suave redone dark) will pop up in the theme manager then say it cannot be applied. so my first question is.... whats going on?!?! lol all im tryng to put is the carrier logo that says "illest" in red
2) i would like to also know how to change my screen indicators into the skulls indicators(ive seen some users have there indicators as skulls, or even X's and O's i do not care which one)
3) i have also seen users have a multi colored line going underneath their status bar, as well as custom icons to show 3g and service and battery(im guessing these icons are framework) so my last question is how do you do this....
this is how i would like my overall theme to look(i know how to set it up but changing the icons is where i need the help so if anyone can just show me how or send me the mtz id appreciate the xmas gift.(i tried looking at guides but they do not help at all)
Lockscreen:ikun
home: Athena HD(with either skulls or x/o indicators)
icons: Athena HD
Status Bar: Suave redone dark(with red illest carrier logo, and that multi colored line under the status bar)
so as i said, can someone help me or send this to me id thank you so much lol ik this is alot. merry xmas!

[Q] [ICS]Hide status bar on Haipad/Dropad M7X/A8T

Hi everyone.
I've got a project.
I'm trying to use an app that requires every pixel of my M7X screen to work (TouchDaw by Humatic). My problem is that the Status Bar at the bottom of the screen can't be hidden in ICS. This means that I loose out on several pixels height of the full screen and the app doesn't display as I need it to. The app worked fine in Gingerbread, where the Status Bar can automatically hide.
I found a thread on xda-dev where the OP (aeros0ul) has made available code to add to android.policy.jar to make the Status Bar "hideable" ([MOD][ROOT][ICS]Hide Status Bar (updated 11.02.)). The code was written for a XOOM ROM but he thinks it could be included in any ROM.
Could anyone point me towards how to include it in the ICS ROM that the fantastic guys at 4PDA.RU have given us?
The modified android.policy.jar posted on the above thread puts the M7X into a boot loop.
Cheers

[Q] Xperia small apps problem

I have installed a ROM by Niaboc79 called the eXistenZ 1.3.5 ultra for the xperia s. Than i downloaded opensemc app and forced a navigation bar to show up which worked perfectly. Then i flash a zip file which makes the status bar and the navigation bar transparent which i need the most but after flashing that everything worked well but i have a small problem, everytime i go to task switcher i get no small apps bar all i get is the open apps in the recent apps column but no small apps bar. I got XPERIA S LT26i locked bootloader. Help me please!!!! this happens to other roms too.
Or can you atleast tell me how to make only the nav bar and status bar transparent on any systemui.apk?

I'm sorry to say that there is no fix for this in my opinion but the reason why it didn't work for me is because I wanted a systemui.apk which gave me transparent status bar and nav bar. To fix this I just kept the original systemui included in ROM and got gravity box which allowed me to change transparency levels of the status and nav bar and again sorry if I couldn't help

Its Okay..
I don't have transparent status bar and nav bar because i used kitkat (its already tranparent)... i used some xposed module too..
Thnks bro..
Try Xposed
instead of flashing a whole zip. try xposed framework to transparent ur statusbar. or u could make it even better then transparent with tinted status bar.
and the best part.. if something doesnt work u could just revert back to stock with a couple taps
