Text isn't sharp enough on custom ROMS - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everybody,
After flashing NeatROM I noticed that the text in almost every app and every place on my phone isn't sharp enough.
Does this have any explanation or a reason ? Is there a solution for this?
Thanks in advanced.

Flashed Boeffla, and enabled sharpness fix, it worked in 80% of the time.
Do you know what might be the problem?

Text is not sharp enough in custom roms
note custom roms means more than one custom rom and may be a totally different problem compared to a single custom rom problem .
Wipe phone flash stock rom and test .

I don't know if it's the screen or not, but the problem is still there. When your get closer to the screen, and see the text in the Whatsapp app, for example, you can see that the letters are not clear... There's kind of blur around the letters.

[Q] Is it possible to disable Noise reduction ?

My Galaxy S2 has the Dreaded Echo problem . after some digging it turns out the noise reduction is the culprit , however there's no way to turn it off except manually with every phone call which can be frustrating ..
Any Tweak or app or something that changes that ??
Some custom firmwares like Checkrom have a phone mod in the kitchen app with nr disabled by default. I think you can also download just the mod itself. Should be in the themes and apps section. Search there it Google for it.

I also mentioned there should be a separate phone mod without having to go the full rom route. You might have to dig around rom find it.

are u sure ??? cause i dont think a rom which doesnt have the basic apps can be called best
the best rom is cm7.2 by T.A. and MIUI RC3 by nims11 ( both are tied on first place )
they are the best roms not some random rom which has a superfluos name which hardly describes the crap features it has
Well. Where can i find the Stock rom, i don't see there is any? >.<
Charlessxavier - I'm a new user to Galaxy Ace. So, didn't know much about it...sorry about that then.

malaysian stock gb rom should be S5830DXKT5 or S5830DXKPB
who told it does not have the basic apps ?
copying from a folder and putting it into system/apps takes that much of energy or what ?

Dude... try em for yourself. You can either go for a Sammy based rom or aokp/ aosp ROM which brings you the feel of vanilla android experience. Just try some ROMs and see which one you like best. Read all the options available with each ROM in the first post of every thread and decide for yourself. Dont ask for which is best as each developer is trying hard to develops these and selections are based in every individual. One ROM which one person likes may not be much liked by a second person. Try some ROMs for yourself. Happy flashing!!

Stock ROM is STILL the stablest and WILL be still the stablest.
If you search for the best ROM, there is NO best ROM.
I ask this because I have other devices and in other devices there are plenty of stable and fully functional custom roms.....
Also, I do a little bit of moding on roms, specially on MIUI, therefore I don't understand what is your surprise when people ask a question such as this....

Yes, I just said Stock ROM is/will be the stablest ROM for our device.

Ynt: GT-S5839i
There is not so much open source drivers for our device especially hw gl drivers. Because of this the custom roms and the stock based roms cant be stable as the stock one. If broadcom releases the drivers bieltv waiting for, may be the cm 7 will be the first faster and stable rom that we were waiting so long...
S5830i Stock + Root + init.d + Ligtning script + Link2SD
ok thanks a lot.
Its a pitty.
Also, 2 questions:
A) is there a way of making bluetooth always discoverable and end the time limit?
This is a pain specially pairing it with my car systems. Should be straight forward.
B) can we change the battery icon to percentage within stock settings?
I can't find anywhere.
UOT kitchen is down for so long and I can't cook a battery icon.
2 stupid limitations from stock roms....
Thanks
