MTK6575 China phone i699 Rooting errors - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello. I have China smart phone i699 with MTK6575 processor. This is characteristics from MTK Droid Root and Tools:
Hardware : MT6575
Model : I699
Build number : ALPS.GB2.MP.V2.18
Build date UTC : 20121121-093229
Android v : 2.3.6
Baseband v: MAUI.11AMD.W11.50.SP.V28, 2012/10/12 10:32
Kernel v : 2.6.35.7 ([email protected]) (gcc version 4.4.3 (GCC) ) #1 Wed Nov 21 17:16:57 CST 2012
I trying to root it using this tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=38337401&postcount=5
But on step 8, when need to download new CWM, I got these errors:
When using SP Flash Tool v3.1252.1.104 - Error 8038
