I seriously doubt your imei was changed...you would of had to super cid for s-off so it might be because of your cid.. There is no ruu yet, but people have made flashable roms of the update.
Btw...why did you post 5 of the same posts everywhere but the one s forum, lol

Thanks a lot for responding. I posted at many places b'coz I am frustrated after not getting update from t mobile. This has happened just after doing facepalm s-off. My IMEI has been changed and after that no updates from t mobile. Can you guess after how much time will the RUU be available? I am now S-ON relocked on t mobile stock rom, also bootloader not unlocking at htcdev. Unlock token check failed message comes after my imei was changed
How can I update my HTC ONE to android 4.4.2 ?
The phone was bought from amazon, its an unlocked AT&T version running the standard 4.1.2 with all the at&t apps however Im not located in the US nor am I on AT&T so I can't get the OTA update.
I know the HTC one X had a way which was provided by HTC on their website where they got the download file and just installed with sync manager

Hi
I had purchased HTC One Mini but it was rooted, I need to unroot the device. I did S-Off and changed the CID to 11111111.
Now I am looking for RUU (GSM based) would be good if I get Europe image because I am using GSM based network.
HTC Dev has Cingular image, can I install this ROM to my device? would my SIM be working on it or not?
Regards
Junaid
hi ppl .... m using HTC ONE M8 (at&t unlocked),, I want to update it to android 5.0.2 through manual RUU update,,
but updating by this procedure,,,,will it relock my phone again from at&t carrier.
kindly advise
No, RUU will not SIM lock the phone again.
If the bootloader is unlocked, you need to relock.
But if the phone isn't modifed (bootloader unlock, root, etc.) then just backup you personal data (RUU will wipe the phone) and run the RUU.
same issue

I just bought a brand new HTC One M9. Unfortunately, it's an AT&T model, and I can't update the firmware because I live in the UK. It is running stock AT&T android 5.1, current firmware version is 2.11.502.18. I have S-OFF. I downloaded this RUU: RUU_HIMA_UHL_L50_SENSE70_HTC_Europe_1.32.401.17_Radio_01.01_U11440261_56.02.50306G_2_F_release_429340_signed_2_4.exe from this site: http://www.androidruu.com/?developer=M9
My worry is that, if I flash the RUU, I will be downgrading. Will this be a problem? Is there a more later version of a WWE RUU available elsewhere? Also, I want to remain being S-OFF, so will flashing an RUU return the device to S-ON, or is that only manually possible?

You first log on to ADB powershell, connect the phone in USB DEBUG mode, ensure HTC SYNC is installed and HTC driver is present. After this you change the CID and MID to the EU HTC variant, and then you may proceed to flash this ROM and hopefully find that BAND 40, and the rest of the EU LTE bands work. Let me know if this works. Even I have a spare HTC m9 that I'd like to carry during travel time. So far from T-mobile, to At&t and Rogers works like a charm for me.
