[Q] AssistiveTouch or change volume function to use the back button - HTC Titan

Hello,
I'm currently having an HTC Titan II and unfortunately for me..I've dropped him on the floor and now the buttons (back, sett, search) are not working and that's the only issue.
Is there any application or something like assistive touch ( like iphone ) for the htc? or replace the function of the volume button..instead of changing the volume I would like to add use the 'back' function when the button is pressed...or if there's any other way of adding something to use the back button.
It cost me too much to repair it..

Switching off the display

Hi. Does anybody have an idea how to switch off the display manually through pressing some keys or menu icons? I found only the timed automatic possibility in the battery settings, but I need the manual function too. On each of my previous phones (TyTN II, i780) it was always possible. Thanks for your help.
Use mortscript to turn-off display and then assign the script to a hardware button.

Hmm, a little bit to complicated, but thanks for the tip
So your not talking about putting it to sleep by touching the power button? I think all my wm devices have this feature, killing the screen instantly.
I'm not sure about the request - anyway isn't it what Rose does when you press and hold End Call button?

If you touch the power button on the Rose, a menu apears, wher you can choose: if you want to switch the whole phone off, lock the keys, call the task manager or the comm manager. There is unfortunatelly no option to switch only the display off

Pressing and holding the End Call button locks the keys, it doesnt switch the display off
...simply very easy, I am looking for something like psshutxp but for smartphones (WM 6.1 standard). You can everywhere find only the pocket PC version for WM professional, which you can not unfortunatelly install on a smartphone.
Yeah, I was thinking of the pro devices. They seem to get all the love anyway. There seems to not be a built in solution then. Setting the screen timeout real short would be only option and thats not a good option at all. If I come across anything I'll repost. I've just been using the red end key. But I'm so hooked on my touch pro right now I've forgotten the rose for awhile.

Able to remap any key to bring out of standby?

Is there an app or reg change to allow the phone to come out of standby either by tapping touch screen or front keys? Have the phone in a SENA case and pressing the power button is cumbersome. Thanks Currently running WM5 but will be upgrading this weekend. Either HTC stock rom or AT&T.

[Q] home button not working anymore.

So uh ... my HTC HD2's home button decides to stop working today.
I believe it's a hardware issue because instead of the usual "click" I feel when clicking the other buttons, the home button just sinks in - and the light on the home button always seems a lot dimmer than the other ones. I am wondering is there any way to hopefully solve this problem, or I guess I'll have to end up calling up HTC about this phone I got off craigslist. .___.
Thanks!

Back key not functioning

I think my HD2's back key is broken, when u press other keys like windows or home keys it will have a click sound and respond wether to display home screen or start menu, but today, my BACK ( <--- ) key, is no longer responding, when pressing it, its like just pressing plastic.., no click sound whatever..
needs help how to fix this cause this phone is quite new~, not even 2 month.., and I didnt bought it from HTC so if I sent this to HTC it will cost an arm and leg

[Q] Back button not so sensitive

Hi!
I bought a i9100 on eBay 1 month ago and I'm truly safistied with it.
But it looks like it might have developed a problem.
The back button (on the right side) isn't so sensitive as the Menu button (left side). Sometimes I've to put some more pressure to make it work (nothing really hard) and the area where the button works is smaller than the Menu button. The menu button works if I touch almost any area on the left side.
I've a screen protector installed.
Any tips?
Thanks!
i am also facing with same problem...i have not be able to find any solution for this
