Coz i have enabled the weather on lockscreen but it says unable to get weather data I have also set the location in weather widget.

U must to refresh your weather widget and set refresh time to 1 hour (i have tried that and work)

In Gingerbread it used to work; but on Jellybean its no longer that way... you have to swipe down the Notification bar in order to control your Music Player from there....
For JB, I tried enabling it (like in gingerbread) but it didn't work...

Since you are on a stock ROM and that too 4.1.2 .. that's why maybe the launcher doesn't work.. but I am glad that the circles work.. for me they are a piece of beauty
I am not a developer.. so i don't know how to fix that.. Sorry :/

Oh man!! I was wishing it would work... too bad.. Looks like we'll have to wait till motorola officially releases 4.3 for the ULTRA
UPDATE: @niksy+ I tried the launcher and widget on Kayant's PA 4.3 and it worked... Maybe you should try again..
I just wanted to say thanks for this launcher+circle widget. I uninstalled the old Razr M's launcher+circle widget in order to use this one, and it runs without any problems in my Nexus with crDroid rom (based on CM10.2).
Only issue (doesn't matter though) is that circle widget is above the Google Search bar.

I tried it on 4.3 PAC & it works.. You should try for yourself.. Just take a nandroid backup as a precautionary step
And I updated OP with a new link..

first of all I don't think this will work on 3rd part launchers and the second thing ... you know this zip is CWM Flashable right?
All the files will be installed as system apps and files... If you haven't done this before I recommend you not trying it..

U should install *Uninstall master* from play store
And
Uninstall the motohome

"My" launcher is 4.3 yes, i work on a non-transparent accuweather

This module changes QuickPic app name to Gallery (in English), in Slovak it will be Galéria, in Russian - Галерея and so on..
Module can change QuickPic app name to localized name of Gallery for some supported languages.
Since v1.7, you can set custom QuickPic name! Run Xposed Installer > Modules > click on QuickPic2Gallery > Enable "Custom name" > Write new name in "QuickPic name".

Nothing other. Some people may like Gallery name more than QuickPic.
But correct me if I'm wrong, I can rename any app to any name I like anyway just by long pressing it and dragging it over to edit then edit the drawer entry n rename to whatever I like....... not knocking your work, but just curious as to why what I can do with the above actions isn't a common thing already....

I'm guessing you are using NovaLauncher, or something similar? Stock launcher can't do that.

You cant do it in Google Now launcher, Nexus launcher or TouchWiz. Maybe some custom launchers allows it, idk.

Inatall: copy the file Keyguard.apk to /system/priv-app/. Who firmware .odex delete the corresponding file.

my answer to you corrected.
It's all my English is not perfect.
For now i know S5 has 8 lockscreens.. can be accesed with sq lite, not sure if this keyguard has broken the limit of 8 hidden to maybe 10 hidden?

I'm using XKrome theme, but font in Settings => Display is set to Default Small.
Update: I got it showing properly by turning off lockscreen widgets in Xposed.
