Hey guys. I wanted to download a large app to my nexus 7. I am limited on a 2gb data plan which I never come close to using. So if I use fox Fi to tether my data connection can verizon charge me?

If you hit the 2 gig limit, then yes, they obviously can and will charge you.

I know that my ROM no longer says anything about GPS, not sure about Mobile Data. Either way, why are you toggling them all the time? I leave GPS on all the time, data is always active unless in airplane mode, and I can still get through a day easily (usually 2+ days) without charging. Also, WTF is "Modal"? You usually get more help with proper spelling and without replying to yourself several times.

Hi.
im wondering if theres an app that can make a portable wifi hotspot FOR THE WIFI U ARE CONNECTED TO.
I know I have portable wifi hotspot on my note 2, but its only for mobile data not for wifi.
Why not just connect to the router itself?

In moments such as where you don't want to give your routers password for a stranger for a temporary purpose..

I don't think there's an app that can do this. If you use the wifi radio to connect to a router, you can't use it at the same time to create an hotspot. I'm quite sure of that. Sorry for my bad english guys

Hey guys I just bought an evo LTE for 25 bucks off somebody. I'm planning on just using it as an mp3 player and root and screw with it. Is there any way to shut off the data call failure warning?

I'm on vipermax 1.0.1 and all was well till about an hour ago. We have 4g here but I can't connect (that's not the issue I get some error right when I boot about LTE if you know about that you could help too lol). But I've been using the default hotspot app and it worked fine but all of a sudden as soon as I turn it on 3g goes in and out cycling indefinatly. New to sprint not to android.

So on stock rooted 4.4.2 and all of a sudden over mobile data YouTube claims connection to server lost touch to retry. I've googled it and tried tons of things... I've wiped data on app and phone. WiFi works fine and its not my data speed. Any clues?

No issues for me with WiFi or mobile data, I'm on a personal debloated stock 4.4. Rom
