Lockscreen + PIN was one of the best features of GB, so, to bring it back to sola on ICS and JB, I have modded the android.policy.
Instructions:
Download the file you require
Extract "android.policy.jar" from .zip archive
Copy and paste to "system/framework"
Set permissions
Reboot
Enjoy.

Screenshots are not really possible as they are two different screens. First you see the stock NXT/XZ Lockscreen, then the PIN/Pattern/Password. Adding a screenshot would only capture either of the two screens which every one already has seen. This simply combines them and makes them come together.

Lol. Screenshots are possible. It's obvious. But they do not explain this mod. Anyone can fake it without this mod. For example, in the screens by soulhackerreborn, the time when the two screens were taken are 23:53 and 00:00 respectively. That is enough time to change the lock type. Also, if the time gap is reduced to almost 0, time can be changed as well. I'm a little paranoid so I didn't think it would that easy to believe on basis of screenshotslike these.
Edit: sorry soulhackerreborn, I don't really mean or think that you faked it, but I always feel a little paranoid. Hope you don't mind.

This isn't the JB ROM link. This is just the modded android.policy for all fw versions of Sola. See them for yourself. No ROM can ever be sized at ~140KB. I will not go against the great developers. And do not randomly report without confirming.

This can be for all novathor devices.. So he made it for Sola big deal!! For every rata*s thing it ain't a compulsion that you get permission.. Credits enough he ain't changing the whole Rom??

This lockscreen was originally created by Festa and Kormatoes in GB times as far as I recall in their SEtweaked rom.
If you have used those 9png files from the framework...I think their names should be in credits. But it's great you have rejuvenated it. Thanks.
Edit: Plz ignore if the source is different. They are almost similar.

The original makers? They have done nothing original bro. I visited the thread and found the OP date to be Feb24. Whatever features your team has borrowed from those roms...they themselves borrowed them. The original innovations took place some 1andhalf year back. SEtweaked and Romkola were the roms that brought all those ideas. Others have just modified the tits & bits.
And now I am sure that lockscreen definitely has its roots in SEtweaked. You can yourself confirm if the thread still exists.
I am not criticizing or downshowing your efforts in anyway. I already admired your effort. I am just informing.

That always happened to me when i installed any kind of touchwiz launchers.
It was always conflicting with illumination bar notification app.
Solutions are to remove ill.bar app or to uninstall Pico TTS using titanium backup (or any other app that can uninstall it).

Try uninstaling all text to speech and talkback things.... One of them should be responsible for it

like xda app and super user they start at start up so by this mod u can disable them
To save wasting ram with no reson this is a very useful APP/mod

Even I had @Pandemic Setting! Which includes CPU control nd CPU STATS! But not system UI!
Maybe You had any other app like no frills CPU or maybe system UI is causing you problems!

Sorry but the U is not like that. For example the proportions of the phone are all wrong, the front camera is much bigger, the dots that represent the softkeys are more far apart in reality and the speaker above the sony logo is smaller than the logo.
From where did you get these measures??

Impossible! The only possible and logic explanation is that you confused the U image with other Sony phone or maybe you just need to go to the ophthalmologist.
