any way to root Alcatel 983 & is there any custom roms out there ? iv'e looked on XDA but i can;t find any just wanted to get rid of all the added extras i don't need on the device.

I have been trying to root Lenovo S660_ROW_S035 (India) after applying a custom recovery as vroot would root the phone but the superuser prompts are all in Chinese which I cannot read. Does anyone know if there is a genius who has already got in a custom recovery for S660_ROW_S035 that can be applied to the phone and then SuperSu1.94 can be flashed?
The closest post I could find was /showthread.php?t=2799481 but this one talks about S029.
