Whats BUGGING Out
Bluetooth calling does not work
Installing V1.4.1
1.) Download V1.5 from link below
2.) Reboot into recovery
3.) Do a full wipe cache/delvik/system/data
4.) flash rom
5.) if s-on reboot into bootloader and flash boot.img
6.) reboot and let rom FULLY come up (meaning you are able to access the internet)
9.) Some users will have to go into mobile settings and select the longest option, and then reboot...should come up then, if still fails, flip airplane mode dont go into mobile networks.... Not sure why this is on some and not others. it worked just fine on 2 rezzies and on a third did not...working on figuring this out!
Video Tearing Fix
1.) Download the update.zip file
2.) place on sdcard and reboot into recovery
3.) Flash via recovery
4.) Try either of the video players.
5.) if the default player fails to play, install mxplayer from the play store
Please note that there is still some tearing but its 10 tens better with this fix..still working on trying to get it better for you all
Long Press Home Button Thanks jpstealth for the fix
1.) Menu
2.) Settings
3.) Buttons & Keys
4.) for Long Press Home change the action to "None"
This will allow the long press action to work everytime. Working on fixing this for the next release

Change the Verizon Wireless in Status bar
Found an apk file that can change the carrier's name to whatever you like, i cant find out the original author so please pm me if i abuse your work just install it as a normal app then write whatever you like, switch airplane mode on and then off after save the changes,wait about 5 seconds then it will change. after a reboot you may lose you signal, just dial *#*#4636#*#* and change back the phone mode and reboot, all done and enjoy!

known bugs, according to the maker
1. stability to be improved, because this is based on CM 4.1.2, which is not as stable as 4.2.2 (but stable enough for daily use)
2. default wallpaper goes wrong
3. USB debugging goes wrong sometimes, better turn it off

It's an upstream version. Pretty much havent had the need to change anything as of late(for like 6 builds now). Figure I got a stable base ...

I had been running Miui on my previous Moto Droid X and it had been awesome! Very quick and easy to use.
I am not sure about the widgets on MIUI as that's not my favor. It looks like iOS interface but with more functions!

Hi everybody , I managed to port MIUIV4 (in 5 hours lol) into i9100, however with some bugs (5 hours..) that I havent been able to fix as of yet.
What Work:
Every thing that work on CM9 (calls,sms, wifi etc)
What Doesn't Work:
-ALL CM9 BUGS!(go to CM9 thread and see all of them):
mainly video camera,Video h/w acc and mtp.
-Sd card is not detected, however it does mount so you can browse it using root explorer etc(mnt/emmc)

For fixing themes
Download termnial emulator from the market and write:
1.su
2. cd data/system
3.mkdir theme
[B]OR[/B]
via adb
1.adb shell
2.su
3.cd data/system
4.mkdir theme
temporary fix for ext sd(HOWEVER, ONLY FOR FILE BROWSER NOT FOR MUSIC ETC..)
Code:

can't beleive this haha, you know Galnet were working on this and couldn't get all sorts of things to work. Was surprised someone hadn't done this already and literally couldn't wait for someone to do it.

The only bad thing about this is the OP is a little brief, but I imagine being the first to actually port a decent version of MIUIv4 came with a bit of excitement and eagerness to get it uploaded and downloadable for all!!
For god sake, the guy spent ~10hours porting and trying to get other things to work.... (well the OP implies 10hrs lol).... give him some credit.
You know you got further with this than any other person in the world right now!! (yes yes with the help of CM... but you're still the first (that I can see) to have a decent working version available for us to download).
I've moved on to Samsung ICS just now however, the bugs and odd "quirks" that come from using the CM9 based stuff just now makes it quite a bit frustrating for anything more than a bit of fun testing.

This has the same bugs as CM9 -- I suggest you search the CM9 discussion thread, as well as going to the FAQ section linked in the OP of the CM9 Android Development thread....
getting this to work properly is depending on Samsung releasing their kernel sources... and since they still haven't, we still have these problems... same reason we don't have overclocking/undervolting working on these yet too....

Its literally as simple as opening Root Explorer, going to data/system then make a folder called 'theme' then copy any previous themes you had over to that
Great job on the rom. Tried the Galnet v4 rom and that was just a peek at ICS MIUI (keyboard didn't work) but this is just amazing.
However, I'm unable to change the clock theme. I keep getting 'application not installed on your phone'

Another Edit: even though it gave me an installation aborted, rom still booted just fine. Went through the setup and google sign-in just fine...so data works. But one major bug i found, is that the capacitive buttons don't work. Home, back, menu, and search all do not respond nor are they lit up at all. Also the power button doesn't seem to work, all it does when pressed down is reset sense.
But everything else seem to work fine. Also tested usb drive and its good.

The ROM is fine without any issues. Iam using it from yesterday night. had a trip with GPS running for 300kms and back now. May be corrupted upload or corrupted download or corrupted installation
Can others please confirm?

I have some problems with camera. When i'm pressing on picture to take me into Gallery i got black screen and then FC.
And of course my battery goes to 0 % in few hours.... i will try a recalibration...
You should be able to find the answer to your question on the thread you downloaded the ROM from.

Having same issue as OP, and unfortunately the thread is now closed.
As a follow up, does anyone know where adesirello will be posting/hosting updates to AndyX ROM? He mentioned 6.1 will fix these bugs. Can't pm, as his account is, well, ya.

I did not find any evident cause. Moderator say it breaks a lot of rules, but
he didn't specify those breaked rules.

The problem is residing inside Framework.jar.
Use V5.3 and it should fixed the crashes when clicking on Gallery as well.
I have modified V5.3 with 6.0 stuff but if you want 6.1 update then I can give you too.

But I recommended 4 wipes!

With this new Recovery, you can backup just entering the Recovery, not by CWM app ...
(The wipes are like the previous Recovery, remember to scroll down to find the option YES, then go to Install zip from SD, move to the ends and find the zip of the Rom, just to go back, look always the last option back)

★ Fixed Gallery3D (includes Bravia Mod)
★ New Mod for GPS (satellite grabs in 2 seconds! And into your home!)
★ Added new characters and TTS Samsung
★ New aesthetic touches in the Framework

★ New GAPPS v11 (Gmail, Email, Exchange Email, YouTube, etc.)
★ Removed Samsung TWLauncher
★ Removed Samsung Keyboard
★ Added new version of Nova Launcher (v1.0.1)

As I said before, the only error is that belies newly captured images from the Camera app, but easily solved, leave the chamber and enter the Photo Gallery and see perfectly and the Bravia Mod

just flash a ROM like shostock that well change you're build.prop to an i9100. Or modify the build.prop.of the ROM you're flashing then flash it. I believe you can prevent it from checking.

Please reinstall Kernel or use an other Kernel. Status 7 Error comes most of the times from a bricked CWM. Dont worry this cant brick ur Phone completly. ^^

Difference is updated MIUI and always latest CM9 nightly. cMIUI do a great job.
I only started it to get more performance, stability and smoothness. I do my best to fix all problems. ^^

Status 7 error has nothing to do with kernel.
updater script is looking at build.prop for model #.
edit updater script check for build ID.
Something like that. Google it.

^^^ this. You can either do what Moto suggests, or if you're not technologically inclined, just flash any Rom based on an 9100 firmware like shostock 2 (now version 3) and then wipe and flash this. It'll update your build.prop to show i9100.

Running this. :3 Getting random crashes. Not to often, not sure if only me or if other people have this occasional problem. Also does anyone still make GB MIUI I miss being able to theme the Framework and Status bar in one click of a theme.

Havent had anyone test on n920i model...Make a back up and flash and just make sure you flash your model kernel after you flash rom and report back

Ive used Roms f/l/i/c/g on my N920T and just flashed my device kernel and they worked Im love trying new roms, so i make back up and flash away!!! Thats the beauty of a back up, if it doesnt work!!! Give it a shot, flash rom, your kernel and let me know my friend! @kongy2d aswell!

Thanks for the feedback I haven't had any issues with keyboard, but let it settle and let me know... Also try going back to 1 animation scale in dev options, its a smoother transition all around! I set it a .5 by default because people like fast lol

It will have a lighted up tile next to the contact and you have to slide it out to look like that

Yes, Tmo does not have data icon in toggles! You can use dr. Ketans toggle tool or sqlite editor to add it and other toggles you like
