Hello i have a problem with my phone, when i tried to root my phone from this topic http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=24862280&postcount=451http:// and when i complete the step 7 i tried to power on my phone (as they said) and it doesn't boot the only thing i get is a black screen and the lights of Options, Search, Back buttons on, the logo of alcatel dose not appear ...i tried to hard reset it but nothing and now i don't know what else to do.. can anyone please tell me what to do?

I just bought my alcatel one touch pop c9 and after the first rest of my phone it restarted always. And now it is not turning on.I even made a factory reset from the android boot menu. Please find me a way to reinstall the OS on my phone.

[Please help] alcatel pop c9 suddenly turn off and not won't on
Somebody help me. my alcatel pop c9 suddenly turn off, i assume there is no juice left in the battery then i charge the phone for 2 hours. the led light indicator is on while charging then i tried to turn it on but no response even in custom recovery volume+power button. i also tried to use Alcatel software upgrade but nothing happen, the pc cannot detect the phone even usb driver was already installed. please help me.

Hey all. My brother's Star is stuck on bootloop, and crashes right after Alcatel logo appears. I wasn't h ere when it started, but he says it happened when he restarted the phone after Youtube crashed. It does not turn on, and When I try to enter recovery the logo appears, and then a bunch of green horizontal lines appear behind it, and then crash.
I can't connect it to PC right now, as it won't start, and before I can do anything with it on PC, it turns off and disappears from "devices".
Is it really soft-bricked, or does this look like a hard brick? If it's not soft bricked, what do you recommend I do?

I own an Alcatel Pop C1 that is stuck on the Operator Logo.
The phone starts normal , it passed the android logo animation but after that it stucks on the Operator Logo.
The phone is not rooted or has a custom recovery.
I hard reset'd the phone for over 4 times and no result.Also I tryed to spam the volume buttons method to see if the phone can get in the safe mode but had no result on this situation either.
I tryed almous all methods. I readed about adb push , to put a cutom rom , but I dont quite understand how to make it.
Methods tryed till now :
- Button spam for Safemode ( Didnt Work )
- Factory Reset ( Didnt work )
- Alcatel Mobile Upgrade S 4.1.1 ( Latest Version )
- SP Flash Tool v3.1344.0.212 ( Phone cannot be seen by the tool in bootloop state or recovery mode )
Need some advice on what to do .

I have the same problem.
It will only boot to Alcatel boot screen but no further. My customer said it lost power in the middle of the update.
I have downloaded also the Alcatel Mobile Upgrade S 4.1.1. and it starts the process gets to the third step where it is about to load the image on to the phone then it says there is a problem with the image. I went though the process of removing the batter as the directions say then reconnecting and it goes though the same process with the same error saying there is a problem with the image.
I have tried the same things as you as well and they have not worked.
-Factory reset and safe mode.
Safe mode only shows a black screen but the computer recognizes the phone.
I am going to try to see if I can find a custom rom and flash it and then possibly restore it back to factory. I will let you know if I find anything that works.
