i tried with this RUU
RUU_Saga_S_HTC_Europe_2.10.401.9_Radio_20.4801.30.0822U_3822.10.08.04_M_release_234765_signed.exe
and i get error 132 on signature update
the tool fastboot detect my phone but adb dosen't detect it
if i use this
RUU_Saga_Bouygues_FR_1.31.1020.1_Radio_20.28c.30.0805U_38.03.02.16_M_release_178948_signed.exe
can it be the solution of probleme signature?

Even worse, my bootloader is Relocked and I can not use adb since even with correct drivers. So I'm left with Fastboot only.

Your phone is S-OFF. You probably deleted/formated/flashed certain partitions on your phone that are only accesable when you are S-OFF.
This means, most probably and unfortunatelly, that you have to replace the phone's mainboard.
So, no chance to use some RUU to patch this up?

As far as I know there are no jb hboot RUU's. Only for ICS hboot.
And I am sure you can't downgrade your hboot to ICS because of the corrupted data regarding serial number.
hello i have htc one m8.. im using it for a month now and still no updates coming.

i dont want to turn s-off or root the phone i want to keep getting updates from htc and i want the lollipop update, and from what i found RUU is the only way to update it. im from middle east Jordan if that would help though.

My HTC Desire 816 A5_DWG S-ON unable to unlock bootloader and showing Entering Recovery...... As we flashed '3.23.710.1' a Wrong stock recovery I think. you have to re get the unlock code.bin....the same steps you have done before...because i think you have upgraded your software firmware...for that reason you have re download the unlock code.bin for this software version.
