[MOD][P][JB]Smooth Scroll - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

Some android applications have some lag when they scroll. So the mod I'll do will disable the scrollingcache throughout the Android OS. All apps won't have problem with scrollingcache. I've had scrolling improvements with facebook and the gallery app.

Download:
framework.jar
Instructions:
1. MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP ! If something goes wrong (it wont, but... it happens) don't blame me
2. Download the file
3. Copy and paste to "system/framework" via some android file manager or use the adb command (recommended)
Code:
adb push android.policy.jar /system/framework/
adb reboot
4. Set permissions
5. Reboot
6. Enjoy.

Easy, why is that hate? I want a new thread and I'll make a new thread. If I want 1000 threads, I'll open 1000. This isn't an app it's mod. If you don't like it, close it and go away, I want my threads to be clean without any offtopics like this one. End of this.

may be it is not 100% so renaming it to jar then installing could make ur phone stock at boot
download it again or try pc
