Accidentally flash a I727 jb Rom on my note twice .I can do a nandroid but no sound and its stuck on home screen can't open any app. Is there anyway of resolving this issue.I try to install the new in jb Rom but get stuck and Samsung logo.anyone one made this stupid mistakes or I'm alone on this one.or Do I have to Odin back to stock?
Edit.Odin back to stock still froze on home screen .anyone have any idea's ?thank in advance.

Reedit.did system wipe and odin 10 times in a row phone working now.thanks to those that look but can't help and thank to those who don't really care.
I had kinda the same problem as you flashed some bad gapps messed my phone up. Had access to twrp would flash roms only to have them reboot. Had access to D.L mode odined stock and samething would happen would not boot. Booted into stock recovery wipe partitions and dalvik and rebooted it worked hope that helps anybody.

major problem.
i flashed team perfection objection ics rom. felt that i wanted to go back to stock and thats when the problem showed up.
i havent flashed any other custom rom before the objection ics. i came from stock rooted telus.

- sometimes odin freezes but when it doesnt and actually finishes flashing, phone wouldnt start up after the automatic reboot. (how long should i wait for the initial boot to start? i wait for about 2-3 minutes of nothing but black screen before resetting)

tried 2 different stock tar files through odin and i cant get any of them to work.
i flashed back to the objection rom through cwm to make sure that my phone isnt bricked or anything. seems to be working fine. havent tried any other custom roms though.
any help would be appreciated.

Hi you may have a partition that is corrapted or there may be something wrong with that telus Odin flash. Go to dev section. There is another Odin flash for telus. It is a stock telus rom rooted that is flashed through Odin. It does work, I hav e used: t before. I will send you a link when I get home from work.

I may have found your problem. When using Odin, and flashing a backup file, it does not format your phone partitions. So you first have to go into cwm and do a factory wipe, wipe dalvik and go into advance and wipe the other dalvik . Do a battery pull, and now put your phone into download for Odin. I have telus kernel, telus modem and telus stock recovery that can be flashed in cwm. Just not sure if I have the stock from still. Pm me if you have any questions

i dont know if its a partition problem though but it really got me worried.
for some reason i got it to flash properly and it booted up with no problems.
now im thinking thats its the odin software that was causing the problems. the first one that i used to root my phone a couple of weeks back had an "evo 4g" title at the top. it didnt gave me any problems back then so i ignored it. and thats the same one ive been busting to use last night to flash back to stock. anyhow, i tried using a different odin3 that has "android+slp" label on it and i noticed that it was freezing less and actually finishes the flashing but the bootup still has some problems. i get stuck at the bootup logo for a couple of tries. after sometime i just flashed it over and over again until i hit the jackpot.
is there anyway that i can check if my partitions are still broken? im thinking that i wont be doing any flashing until the update comes in july. the ics roms arent stable enough for me anyway.
oh what do i do if wanna get the official ics update? i have stock system, i think, but its rooted. do i just flash stock kernel and unroot it?
i found an article in lockermikedotcom that allows you to unroot using a batchfile. i was wondering if you guys can point me in the right direction. thanks
If you have a stock rom but it is rooted, flashing a stock kernel usually does not remove root. You would have to install stock recovery first and then you adb to remove the superuser and busbox files from your phone to get it totally stock like it was before you rooted it. Hey guys, I'm hoping someone can help me out. I've tried searching the forums and using different methods to recover it, but none have worked so far.
SO I flashed the ICS Domination theme over Diet ICS rom, stuff was continuously force closing, so I factory wiped with the intention of re-flashing just the rom... after a reset the phone was stuck on the samsung boot screen.
I've tried using Odin to load the stock Rogers rom, it says it worked, but trying to boot the phone up its stuck on the samsung boot screen.
Am I missing something? Is there anything you guys can suggest I try??

i recently installed via odin the stock jellybean release rom on my phone along with cfroot and simunlocker.
i have found the stock jellybean rom to have a few too many bugs for my liking and want to go back to stock ics.
I have downloaded the stock ics rom latest release and tried to flash it again using odin in the pda box, it all seems to go fine but then the phone only seems to reboot as far as the samsung logo then stops.
What have i done wrong and how do i fix it please (or should i just be waiting longer for it to boot from the samsung logo?)

just did this, its booted yp ok but i have now lost my root, guess will just need to do again, the other strange thing is though that i didnt lose my sim lock which was good, thought it was going to revert back to being locked on 3 but seems ok
Hey guys, I made a mistake:
What happen was I was using Paranoid Jellybean on my phone but after the phone kept rebooting on a daily bases I decided to move back to ics.
This is where it went wrong, What happen was I removed everything including factory resets, roms, dav and etc but then my phone rebooted during have the installion without a rom and now I am stuck and I don't want to do anything that can damage more phone anymore. please anyone help.
U should be able to DL a ROM on your computer save to SD card then boot into recovery wipe install ROM then should be good to go. Good luck

Your not screwed at all as long as your phone shows that you can just recover using a stock Odin flash

Just boot back into recovery, wipe everything again, and install the ROM you had on your SD again. These things happen sometimes, and sometimes it's a bad ROM file download.
And if worse comes to worse, follow what Trevino07 said; download another copy of the ROM you wanted on your PC and move it to your phone via USB...wipe everything, then load the ROM as usual.

im having a problem here. rooted my s2 with odin, no problems there. i can boot up into my backed up stock rom. i have no problems installing any rom, its just that my phone will boot and load up to the roms boot animation but thats as far as it gets. left the phone for 30 minutes and still doesnt go. Using clock work recovery. not too sure what to do? any thoughts would be appreciated
