I have tried cm7 but it is pretty slow and cause lag on games like subway surfers even when I overclocked it to 1.6 ghz and used Performance governor.
I would like to have your thoughts on it.
Which rom do you think I shall use for gaming?

There is no "best" only best for you, all the roms are great and have many cool features. read the rom threads and find one that has the features you want.

Hey I keep having lag on my device and my memory will say it's almost all used up..
When I check sys Tuner it says that my kernel is hogging most of it.
Is that normal?
One minute my phones running smooth as astroglide and the next it's dragging ass like a lazy turtle..
