[Q] Evo 3D branding Vodafone

Hello everyone!
I bought a EVO 3D, unfortunately at the time of purchase I was passed off as non-branded and then realize that power instead is branded Vodafone. Although not much branding as "invasive" (apart from the Vodafone logo when turned on, a series of very annoying and totally useless vodafone app .... I can not uninstall), the thing that struck me is the rom 1.24.165.2 while looking at that network are not able to find information, and on the site HTCDev does not reflect this as an unlockable rom ....
And 'possible debranding?
I can unlock the boot loader (version 1.49.0012 and Rom 1.24.165.2) with the procedure on the site HTCDev?
Sorry for the english google translate
Thank you ...
Max
use htcdev.com to unlock, do not see any other things do u understand?
Hi
Dw buddy, I have the Telstra evo 3D which has the same hboot 1.49.0.12 n 1.24.165.2 rom. I just unlocked the bootloader via the htcdev, just make sure do all the steps.
1. [Tutorial] [UNLOCK/ROOT] EVO 3D GSM Hboot 1.49.0011> + S-On [HTC Unlock method]
2. BackUp your rom with CWM
3. Flash a rom that dose not need s-off, i have [ROM] [OCT 10] KingCobra3D 1.4 | ROGERS RUU 1.20.631.2 | STOCK KERNEL via Turge
4. If u have wifi error, you'll need to flash this file http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=710252&d=1315178546 via monx® in CWM recovery
hope this helps.
thx's to all the dev for there hard wrk.
While we are on the topic, I've been meaning to ask xda members a question in relation to the Telstra-supplied HTC EVO 3D X515a handset I own.
Currently, is it possible for me to revert to factory settings (Telstra factory ROM)?
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you in advance

[Q] Help needed for S-OFF (shuteru)

Hello everyone, I own Evo 3D some months and I am on hboot: 1.53.0007 ~~ Baseband version: 11.77.3504.00U_11.25.3504.06_M ~~ HTC unlocked and S-ON. I want to do the wire trick from Unlimited.IO but I got the MIUI 3.2.8 (4.0.3 android). My phone is vodafone branded and I can't run RUU's to get stock.
My question is: which rom should I run to be able to work on JuopunutBear?? Thanks in advance.

Just try if controlbear works like described on unlimited.io site.
If it leads you to the point where you should do the wire trick, then it should be OK.
If it shows error you probably need the stock rom for your phone as a flashable zip.

[RESOLVED] S-Off Rogers HTC EVO 3D with HBOOT-1.49.0008?

Hi XDA-Devs,
Background (optional read):
I am not a terribly experienced Android user. I've had the Rogers HTC EVO 3D since Sept 2011, and I've successfully flashed it with three different ROMs over that period - (1) Cool Sense, (2) KingCobra 1.2 ICS and (3) King Cobra 1.5 ICS. None of these ROMs required my phone to be S-OFF.
Current problem:
Now I am interested in upgrading to a JellyBean ROM. Specifically, CM 10.2. I chose it because it looks like the most stable and frequently updated Android 4.3 ROM. The problem is that this ROM required my phone to be S-OFF. So that's where I need help from you kind people.
Current question:
Does anyone have experience changing a S-ON Rogers HTC EVO 3D with HBOOT-1.49.0008 to S-OFF? I may be incorrect, but from what I understand I will need to downgrade to HBOOT-1.49.0007 before I can switch to S-OFF, and this downgrade will void my warranty (w/e) and potentially brick my phone crying.
Can anyone help me out?
tl;dr: need someone to walk me through switching my S-ON Rogers HTC EVO 3D with HBOOT-1.49.0008 to S-OFF
Thanks!!
Regards,
Tiffiter

Need Evo 3D Help

Hello all,
First post here; been using this forum for over 2 years never signed up though lol.
I need some help though.
I currently have a HTC evo 3d on sprint with s-off and rooted.
I'm currently running the infectedRom eternity 3.0.1.5.
I would like to upgrade to CyanogenMod 10.2.
I have upgraded to ext4.
Now it tells me I need to upgrade my firmware to the latest sprint firmwarw.
My current software version is 2.17
Is it safe for me to upgrade to the most recent sprint firmware to get this rom?
How should I go about doing this don't want to mess up my phone.
Thanks

Flashing HTC ONE MAX From Sprint To Cricket

Sometime this week, I will take my HTC One Max to Cricket and have it flashed to their network. If any of this matters, my phone is:
SkyDragon MAX v 2.0 Sprint
Android Version 2.3
HTC Sense Version 5.5
SuperCID CID:11111111
Rooted
S-OFF
Relocked Bootloader
Will my phone be affected anyway or do you guys recommend that I go back to stock?
