Restore your Nandrioid backup .
Or factory reset .
jje

factory reset will not help.
reflash the ROM

Is there a tutorial on how to greenify these two apps? I can't find on search.

You cannot Greenify system apps. They'll need to be user apps.

You can greenify system apps when you install the donation version and add the framework ..

I tired clearing data Settings>Apps>All>Google Play Store>Clear Cache & Clear Data but still no luck! Locations still the same. Any helps guys
You have to clear market data, use market enabler and then sign in to a vpn. I access the US play store using this method and I can assure you that it works.

the way i do this is, uninstall the play store.......
get the current ics gapps and flash them.....the new market that it puts on your phone shouldnt have that problem.
infact i will test this real quick, i am having the application is not compatible and error when trying to buy apps. just have not needed to do fix it yet.

You don't need to download any app.
Flash gapps zip from recovery and you get it working.

[Q] default google apps

Hello,
I installed jellybam today. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1940096. But i cannot see Google Music, Google Latitute, Google Maps. How can i install them? I tried latest gapps but noting changed.
Please i need your help
gapps are in jellybam rom included but instead of google play music there is apollo music, maybe you have to get maps from the playstore if you didnt see that.
try re flash with clean install. take backup first.
hope it might help:good:
edit: i thot all the google apps wer not installed. in this case post above me (jay92) is rite.

hi, is there anyway to synchronize all your Google Apps that've been already installed at once? What happened to me was when I installed jellybean rom and rebooted the phone first thing phone asked me was if want to synchronize google account, but it didnt allow me to turn on wifi and I had to say no. And then when I was able to turn on wifi none of my apps were downloaded to the phone now I have to go to foogle play/my apps and manually download each one. Is there any way to download them all at once? Thanks
I think no one knows the solution

Play store is broken. Need re-install instructions

Every time I open up Play Store I get "The application Google Play Store (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again later." How do I fix this? I'd like to clear my phone of any traces of Play Store and reinstall from an .apk or something. I'm on MOF's Slim 2.3.5 Rom if that matters. Not sure how it got corrupted so bad, but it needs to be wiped and reinstalled I'm assuming. I've already tried Uninstalling the app from the application manager along with google services and reinstalled from an .apk for play store 3.10.14 from androidpolice.com I think. That didn't fix the problem. Thanks in advance for any help.

Her you go. And thanks. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1837757
Well I tinkered around in rom toolbox pro and converted play store to a system app and fixed permissions. That seemed to fix it. Maybe I jumbled some of the app files screwing with the apk or something.
Sent from my Slim Photon using xda app-developers app
That would do it... since Google Play is a system apk.

unfortunately google play has stopped & error downloading null

google play will not download. i can explore the app, it will link to my current apps but when i attempt to download a new app, or update an existing app, play closes and gives me the "unfortunately google play has stopped" mssg. if i try to install from the play web site i will get the "error downloading null" mssg.
i have a rooted lg optimus v with 2.2.2
the latest play apk
i have tried clear data/cache/force close
i have deleted google account and i've added a new google account
any help is greatly appreciated!
peace,
shane

i was able to reset but i think the errors are caused by an app i removed while cleaning bloatware off. i thinking an update is the only fix. wish me luck . . .
