I flashed the 1ghz ver of ferakernel on stock with locked bl without wiping and rebooted my device and it gets stuck on sony seicsson green bootlogo

Did you unlock your BL? Which recovery did you install? 2nd init?

Bl is locked. Used artas 182x app for installing cwm on locked bootloader. Loaded into cwm then when rebooted this happened

Try to offline flash/unbrick your phone, by flashing the correct kdz it, or unbrick it with the lg update tool.

If you can find a download for the stock Moto G firmware in ZIP/fruitcake format, it should be easy to extract bootanimation from it.
