Ok I tried to flash "Mind Blown" kernel this yesterday morning and I haven't been able to mount internal or external storage ever since. I was running Axura 2.2.8.8 with the lag fix disabled and flashed Eugene's kernel and upon booting was stuck in a boot loop. I decided to try and run recovery mode but noticed that my sd card read no data. Upon an odin back to stock I realized that I could no longer mount internal nor external storgae and got the error in recovery mode I
E:Can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 (or /dev/block/mmcblk0)
(Invalid argument)
E:Can't mount SDCARD:
Once my vibrant boots it says internal storage damaged and external says missing or invalid mount point. I flashed kernels, roms and virtually everything I possibly know how to do, and now I need the help of an absolute wiz. Guys i really need your help with this one, I'm totally lost.
OKay, So i installed update for checkrom revo4 via Kitchen pro. Everything is working like charm. Now i wanted to change the kernel. Downloaded it, but when it boots to cwm to install is, it says error mounting sdcard 20s, and counting down. no good
Tried manually mount sdcard in cwm, gives error mounting sdcard,
So how to proceed
Hi.
Im having a problem since I bought my S2.
i cant make my external sdcard work in recovery on my s2. Im running RootBox 3.0 Jelly bean now but this hasnt worked even in ICS.
Whenever I try to flash something from external sdcard on my phone in cwm recovery it says "Error mounting /sdcard" or even when trying to just mount /sdcard it gives me this error.
I can acces my sdcard from PC or from phone, it just doesnt work in recovery.
Id like to know how to fix this.
A while ago, I decided to work on my old legend and upgrading it with new custom roms.
After factory reset, I have flashed CM10 rom from here and discovered my Hboot version is 0.43 and not compatible with this rom.
So I found this rom instead and made 3 different partitions as instructed. But I have discovered that my phone have lost ability to go to recovery mode during the process and cannot recognize the zip files from SD card although its still in there. I have reformatted the SD card again with one fat32 to see if its problem with partitioning but it is still having same problem.
I can see the red triangle with ! in it and selected "Apply sdcard:update.zip" which keeps giving me error message "E:can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 (or /dev/block/mmcblk0) Invalid argument"
Is there any solution to get out of this situation?
Thank you for your patience

I have followed this thread and I got an error message saying failed due to low battery. I will just charge the phone for a while and see if it gives same error.
I have done the fastboot recovery method from here and its keep giving me "failed (remote: not allowed)" messages.
my Legend is already rooted and currently on S-off.
I have solved the problem.
It was memory card problem. my legend works after installing CM7 using different SD card.
I am suspecting if its because I have messed up something with memory card while dividing partitions to install a Jelllybean rom,
However the faulty memory card is still functioning well on my pc which made me think there is no problem with it.
help .. i was messing around in cwm recovery v6.0.5.1 i didnt mean to unmount my storage sdcard and i tryed mount back but keeps saying CANT mount storage SDcard ... cant seem to find any fix for this if you know how to fix this problem please let me know
