I recently bought a chinies clone of the galaxy s3 . It says that im running 4.1.9 , but when i click it alot it says that this is ICS ,
how can i root it ?
and after i root it how can i flash roms into it ?

Dont ask here we dont know its not a Samsung phone try google multiple posts on face clone SGS3

Like i said search is your friend try google the model of your phone and the model is not SGS3 . There are thousands of such posts on the interweb .
Any firmware root or modifications fron this forum are just going to brick your phone .

i have mt65xx gt-i9300 phone. i know that my phone is clone of samsung galaxy s3 i need to upgrade android here is 4.0.4 and i need 4.1 or 4.2 and cant upgrade it when i go to sittings-about phone than system updates writes your system is corrently up to date.so help me

First of all, a LOL for ur post! It has to be in Q&A. It's a clone of s3 as u said and what are you expecting? OTA from Samsung?

and why do you -NEED- to upgrade? the phone wont work anymore if you dont upgrade?
btw clone means only that it -looks- similar to a gs3, its a completely different phone and updates for gs3 wont work on it.

my problem with s3 clone its thats there is some chinese programs working and i cant uninstall it ..
bc its need root access ..
i have tried many ways to do it ..
also i have tried scripts for the android version 4.0.4
but its always failed ..

Long answer: Even if it has a similar name than the S3, it's hardware and software is as different as it can get.
In other words; neither tricks nor software from this section will work.
You could ask in the general forum but you probably will have to do all the handiwork such as building root for your device all on your own.
Sorry, but how could you expect this even to work out if you knew that it was a fake?

I've been reading through many threads on xda, but I can't seem find a working 4.1.1 JB for my SC-06D,
I also tried to use "make_JP_CompleteROM_SC06D" and cook d2att and d2tmo roms but it doesn't seem to work,
can anyone please help me, I just really need a working JB 4.1.1 for d2dcm (SC-06D). so I could use the unlock my phone using *#197328640#.

JJE,
I have installed all the Sakuramilks ROMs from the google drive folder, and all I have is the version 4.1.2.. I could not be able to unlock it using 4.1.2, according to the instructions I've read, I need to downgrade to 4.1.1
