Just letting my fellow Sammy owners know about a new cloud storage option, most similar to Dropbox but not unlike Box (minus the upload limit), Google Drive, SugarSync, etc.
As a limited time launch bonus, they're offering a 5GB bonus storage to who use a referral link.
It's as simple as click the link, sign up, confirm your email address, install the app to your phone or desktop and you're done.
Mod Edit Link Removed
Enjoy your 15GB FREE cloud storage.
I should add that the storage is permanent, and will not expire after 2 years, unlike Dropbox's promotional storage bumps
Edit: Copy have responded to Google increasing users' storage across Google+, Google Drive etc and have decided to increase Copy users' storage to 15GB too. So enjoy your free storage!

My wife can't email me video from her phone to mine because it always says the file is too big. Just wondering if there was a way to change this in settings or something.
Running cm7 with dream kernal on both our phones

Have you thought about using dropbox? A lot of people use it on here to share .apk's and other files. You and your wife could share a dropbox account and use the dropbox app to share videos and other files. They have apps for Android, Iphone and Blackberry.
here's a signup link. http://db.tt/SCTNjfz I think free accounts get 2 gigs of storage, if you happen to have a university (.edu) email account, you get more free space.

Just install the free Box app from the market, sign up and you'll be awarded 50GB of cloud storage. The usual free account file size upload has also been increased to 100MB instead of the usual 25.
Some users lament the lack of desktop integration a la Dropbox, but the Box account can still be mapped as a network drive in Windows.

Market Link for app: https://market.android.com/details?...t#?t=W251bGwsMSwyLDEsImNvbS5ib3guYW5kcm9pZCJd
Bad link ... i want. 50 free
just download the box app on the market and register/login
link for market app
Just search for "box" in the android market and you'll see the first app. Register and you're good.
I downloaded the Dropbox application from the market and signed up for a new account. I still only recieved 2GB. I am going to send an email to see what is going on.

Thank you!
SEE POST 4 FOR MY SMALL RESERARCH AND PROBLEMS SOLVED.
I've been trying to find out where this is located on this phone. When I used sense 4 Rom on my rezound it was right there in the accounts and sync. I know it was supposed to be included with sense 4 and all the reviews I see show it on there. Did we get hosed or am I missing something?

I have never seen these included in a stock rom. They are both downloadable from the market though.
While it's not in my list of apps, if you go to the list of apps under Settings -> Apps, there is a listing for 'Dropbox for HTC Sense' and 'HtcDropbox_GLRPlugin'. Can't figure out how to access it. More than likely, it adds on to the Dropbox experience when you download the Dropbox app. I haven't tried it since I don't use Dropbox or any other cloud service.
I haven't downloaded dropbox yet so I will try that.

That is HTC's sense page. I guess only the One X got it....of course. The rezound ICS I believe was part One X so maybe that explains it. Seems a few of the reviews I've seen for this phone showed it as an option, but maybe they just assumed since it was shown as a part of sense. That was an exciting aspect for me because I use it a lot, but it isn't crucial.
As far as using a 3rd party app. I have some photos on there that I would rather not risk a sneaky developer getting his hands on ;c)
EDIT: At the very bottom it says check with provider so see if they offer skydrive on your device. I'm sure that Verizon had their grubby hands in it.
2ND EDIT: Okay, I downloaded dropbox and now it syncs in my albums and shows under accounts and sync. Now if I could only get skydrive working.
FINAL EDIT: I've had no luck on the skydrive integration. It was very nice to have but it also seems that it was removed from the at&t version One X. On a better note I have descovered that ES File Explorer syncs very nice with skydrive and other cloud services.

Thanks for the tip on ES with Skydrive! Been using that ridiculous browser MS recommends. This is soooo much better!

I tried the browser app once before but hated it. I stumbled across the ES thing in another forum.

I was looking for a way to backup apps and system settings directly to my PC, instead of the phone's memory. Is it possible with TB? I have the paid TB version if it matters.
Is it not possible at all?
Why don't you back up to Google, Dropbox, or Box.net and just let the cloud synch to your desktop?

Because it doesn't seem like I can backup directly to the cloud without the files being on the phone first.
Or is it possible?
Ive been reading more and more about cloud store like dropbox, google+ and different other ones. So i began to look some up but I really have no clue which one is best for picture storage, privacy settings so pictures are not public and which one offers the most free start up space. Thank you in advance.
