Can someone tell me the name of apk that we had on stock ics for the screen off animation? I'm on jb stock 20j and I'm wanting to pull the apk from stock ics. Can anyone tell me please?

Then was the screen off animation built in with the framework apk? I at one time knew what the animation was called but i forgot it.

That's what I'm thinking. It would be in the framework-res.apk.

Ok thanks. I thought at one time I had read on here about someone saying it was a separate apk. That's why i had asked. Well ill have to do some digging, thanks again.

Should be in the system>apps area, extract it using file explorer. Apk will install you won't need to flash

Here is stock mms from latest ICS upgrade for amaze. Also has stock ICS icon.
Copy back to \system\app and set proper permissions to match the others.

by default no... unless youre installing a ROM and a kernel that is set to do that...if the ICS version your running is with stock files it would be worth trying this

I haven't used that one, but if it's an option, it will be in the notification bar settings.
I believe Super Nexus is pretty basic so it may not be there. I am using Jamie's Carbon ROM.

you can change that in any Rom.
You just have to replace the png within the apk manually...
