I was wondering if anyone has taken a stab at installing Multirom on their note II. I know it was designed for the Nexus 7 but I am unsure if it will work any device. I am not sure if I am willing to take a crack at it without knowing if it could brick my phone.
If it's meant for the n7 why do you think it would work on a note 2?

theoretically all it needs to run on the note II is a Kernel to support it.

Guys most of us know the rules we have here.. but is there a centralized 4.2 S3 thread in the first place instead of 99 decentralized post about 4.2?

I think the Galaxy Nexus is the answer to all these questions. Als long as Google supports it with the latest version, there is no problem with the S3. The S2 got 4.1.2 lately so I'm carefully optimistic.
Soz if I set off the trolls I just wanted to know other peoples thought guys sorry if I broke any rules sorry peoples

IIRC, 4.2 is the last firmware the Galaxy Nexus will officially get. Though it will get many more android revisions unofficially. I'm sure of it. Just look at the Nexus S.
Does anybody else want a nexus 4 ROM that would be easier to download and use than the nexus four thing that changes it completely?

I know what he meant... but there are people working on AOSP for our phone... From what I gather as soon as the kernel is up to par and booting we will have lots of room to play and ROMs will probably be abundantly available.... just BE PATIENT! lol
Yes everyone wants that. Obviously it'd be much easier and safer to flash it is coming. Just be patient. We've got people on it.

Save yourself and get this thread closed. Then go to one of the unlocking threads in the original development section. Read the entire thread. Then ask questions and post your log if it doesnt work. You have already been trolled and its only gonna get worse.

I'm good as I have been through this with the Note 2, I just thought that it was a little presumptious to assume that one would know where to look or that there are 3 other threads addressing this. If he one knew where to look, one would not have asked the question. The time it takes to point out that there are 3 threads is about the same as it takes to link a thread or 2.
Thanks Z31k!

No it gets very old these people come here ask the same question that's been asked 3 times already and they could have found it very easily by using a Google search. .. I would rather search before asking but I guess that's just me
