The only way I know of is by downloading Apex Launcher, going into behavior settings and selecting Jelly Bean in Activity animation.
But that will change your default launcher

Solution
I would like to answer my own question... I've found out why I was getting no transitions.
Solution:
Settings -> Developer Options -> Advanced -> Animation (enable this)
Hope this can help.

x2.
Apex is by far the best of the AOSP-look launchers.
Thank you. Nova Launcher is very smooth and fast except when you fill a page of apps and slide from a page to another. Can you tell me if is it possible change lockscreen to another similar Cyanogenmod 9 to?

Can someone help me find a good "Jellybean or Android Ice Cream Sandwich launcher" to find? Phoenix launcher is good but it is very slow and holo launcher I think not. The launchers TEAM SYNDICATE are not satisfactory. Could someone help me? I'm using android 2.3.6, and ROMs I do not want to use.

In addition to my previous message, I would like TouchWiz 5.0 launcher. I want this for gingerbread 2.3.6 and I do not want ics ROM to be able to.

Tw 5.0 is only for ICS ..you can use 4.5 ..and for launcher like ICS best is Holo.

Widget picker I believe is a new feature in ICS and requires certain newer APIs that Gingerbread does not have.

I know Holo Launcher is light on ram, and is probably your best option. You can get Go Launcher EX (with the ICS theme) and it is pretty fast too, and I believe you can download an S3 theme for TW 4.5

Nevermind I was thinking about the Go Launcher EX GS3 theme lol. Sorry about that. However, I thought tw 4.5 came with the icons that are used in the GS3? All it needs is the wallpaper right
I have a sgs3 theme for tw 4.5, but no one can make gingerbread launcher that is the same as the Tocco ux 5.0 of the galaxy s3? So my question is whether you tw ux 5.0 of the sgs3 can make gingerbread? see for example holo or phoenix launcher, which can replicate the user interface of ics for gb. So they would also still be able to tw ux 5.0 of the sgs3 for gb. Thanks, Lennert
?
Tw 5.0 launcher for gb ( like holo ics launcher or phoenix launcher as ics ui) the official tw 5.0 but, make / transform for gb
Copy of sgs3 theme?

its no way related to any launchers(nova or apex) ma8, its the new animation adopted in that ROM for sure(similar to the JB animation mod)

Alright, thanks for sorting that out.
Hi,
I was using ADW launcher with ICS.
After having flashed to Jelly Bean, I have noted that the launcher
I was using with ICS (Adw launcher ) is no more compatible .
Adw is in my opinion much more user friendly than TW, has more features like
having more than 4 icons in rows or columns per dock or having a black background below the name of the icons , etc.
Any idea wich launcher has also these features?
Thank you.

I am currently using Apex with official JB. Works fine.
Nova and Apex are still the best for me basically the same features for both launchers

I have tried both (Apex and Nova) and Nova is in my opinion the better one and it has a feature to import desktop layout from another laucher.
Saving a lot of time
Are you guys not getting the transparency bug in Nova and Apex ?
Or are you using the fix?

When I was running Nova launcher prime on 4.2.2 with Sense 5. I was able to force wallpaper scrolling. But the option for "force scrolling" is no longer there on any 4.4.2 roms with sense 5.5. The option for scrolling is there, but it doesn't work. Anyone else having this problem?
Thanks

I am curious about this too, scrolling doesn't seem to work for me either ):
Ah! I just installed Nova and thought I was just dumb because I couldn't get my wallpaper to scroll. Um... Just making sure- scroll means you have a "double wide" image that goes from one half to the other as you go back and forth between home pages?

Can't speak for Nova launcher, but I think the last Sense launcher to have wallpaper scrolling was Sense 4+
