need help! how to reverting my flashed SGA to original factory ROM

first, I successfully flashed my SGA using cmw5, with icecreamsunday custom rom, and I'm successfully backed up the original one (gingerbread 2.3.4) to SD card.
but I'm little bit sloppy when accidentally partitioned my sdcard. so I lost my backup files because it's automatically formatted (
and my question is, how to reverting my SGA to the original one?
please tell me step by step, cause I'm newbie here!
many thanks for your responses!

okay, but i have one more question, i saw on youtube how to use odin, and quite simple. but, i think they use odin to upgrade the firmware from old firmware to newest firmware. Is this also applies to flashed Galaxy Ace too? now my android version is 2.3.7 (icecream sunday). but when i saw on sammobile.com, the latest firmware is 2.3.4, is that matter?

U get bootloops only if ur flashing a rom in cwm. Its not that important to factory reset the phone if ur flashing stock rom in odin bcoz odin does it for you when flashing d rom. System is formatted, new dalvik cache is built, cache partition is formatted etc...etc... all this is done by odin.

were you rooted - should be if you were able to delete that....? if yes, can you get into recovery mode and flash something there
if not try to get into download mode
vol down + power + home button - if you can get into donwload mode just get a stock rom and flash it via odin.

God here, sorry I was a little slow posting people have so many problems they want sorting out.
My divine knowledge says this person is correct, because you deleted a system folder the only real option is to reflash your current rom (you won't need to wipe) via CWM or Odin, both should be accessible because it's a system problem. You could also flash a different rom, however this will require a data wipe.

So you say by beeing rooted you have a custom recovery? Anyway just flash with odin same rom, and all is fine.
Like others said this should easily be fixed by flashing a Firmware through Odin.
However there really was no need to open up 2 threads with the exact same question:

Factory reset no need to install another firmware . You have not removed the bin from your hidden recovery image .

From what i have been told you can not root a 2.3.6 with SOC. Well thats the answer i got when i asked so i just flashed the JB ROM (comes rooted) and i love it!
Why don't you flash a custom kernel and then root it by then?
