Tried all of them a month back. May be it was my poor bijection, but all of them failed big time. I currently use uc browser mini, it supports cloud downloading, moves your file to their server first and then downloads it to your device giving better resumes and connection speeds. it doesn't support Javascript though but is really a blessing if you want to download from somewhere that doesn't support resuming files being downloaded from them.
Opera mini web browser supports all downloads, is extremely fast and efficiant! Try it probably the best to use.

Same boat here. Been trying to get a rom 152mb. Lucky if it gets to 40% done. Boom "download unsuccessful"
Tried a few other downloaders from playstore claiming to be able to continue apk, zip, mp3 etc... They start, my anticipation peaks, than it says download complete & says 8kb.
2nd person to recommend opera lite. Tried it, quit around 53.5mb. 3 times in a row. Another recommended firefox. Tried that for a couple hours too. Same bat time same, bat channel. At least w opera lite you can see your progress climbing (10.3 mb 10.4mb.......)
Been trying mornings, afternoons, nights & red eye hours. Good weather, bad weather for almost a week to get that darn rom to complete downloading. I got 3 or 4 ROMs from the same place, just haven't had the itch to try something new for about 3 weeks. What changed between then & now to make me get a download complete?
Well, I hope there is a download manager out there that requires root permission & override everything till download is complete. If anyone knows of one, please let me know.
Oh yeah, gonna try that uc browser mini. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Hey guys I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR THIS just passing on a link this works its confirmed have fun everyone
http://androidgod.net/?page_id=186
*EDIT*-- Its works for some sites but hey one step closer to FULL.
hmm it seems to work on some sites...but not all.
What sites is it working on? I can't find any.
And would it work with the dolphin browser?
Thanks.
Anyone else test this?
Works for some sites as far as i can tell it does not work in Dolphin Browser HD. It is alot more then we had though and like was said before it is one step closer to full, of course Froyo would be a giant leap right to the goal
whatismyflash.com still says version 9.1.122. There was a Flash 10.1 apk that came out a while back that only works on HTC phones running 2.1, like the Eris. This looks like the same apk. I couldn't find a date on the website as to when this was posted, could be months old. The reason it only worked on HTC phones was because of the FlashLite plugin that the HTC browser already had installed. As far as I know, it never worked on any other devices.
It does not work across the boards; in fact it seems to work less than 33% of the sites I've tried it on
What browser do we know it world on so far? I've been using skyfire for a while but if there's another way out there I'd like to try it.

what sites are now working that the flash lite site didnt load?
just because something installs doesnt mean it works...the browser in 2.1 and 2.0 is different than 2.2 so i dont see this actually working...
so did anyone here did a before and after comparison? because i didn't install this yet but when i got to magicjack.com it plays the flash video just with flash lite.
This was supposed to be for HTC phones and if u install this on the HTC phones then you will be able to play games on newgrounds.com. I doubt anyone with Fascinate can play games on newgrounds.com.
Please post proof if you can play games on newgrounds.com
newgrounds work for me but I have some issues touching the game sometimes but I was able to play a few games but hey not full flash anyways so idc

But I can't seem to get the .APK file ! It seems to be doing some sort of device-detection and blocking any device not on their official list - http://twitter.com/gameloft/status/17517248621060096
Anyone else had any luck ? The last free title they offered worked just fine if you told the site you were using a Motorola Droid 2.
Last give away they had I just used my gf's evo to dl the apk then transfered it to my streak.

Well if anyone out there has access to a phone that can download it, it would be nice to share.......for xmas. Please??
Bump
To keep things on the legal up and up, if someone actually posted the .apk, they would have to remove it at the end of the day, or delete this thread.
Either use the above link from a pc or use a browser like Dolphin and set user agent to desktop. Job done!

Gameloft sms message link to download is http://gloft.co/b65158e5 You have to set your UAstring to Custom and type in Droid (I think).
Edit: ...not working. Keep getting "Sorry, but there are no available games for your mobile."
How do you set your UAstring to custom?
Well, I was setting custom useragent string using Firefox on my desktop and "about:config". My nexus one had an option for Android, Desktop, and Custom which let you type in anything you want. Maybe another day another dev...
For now, the first link on Google for HeroOfSparta.v3.1.2.apk seems to work.
Edit: SOB! "this is not an original copy of HEROOFSPARTA" Good one Gameloft! Can't even give your games away...
reinstall in airplane mode and start the game in airplane mode and it will work!good luck!
I forgot about the Airplane mode trick. Seems I had to do that for Dungeon Hunter as well... It worked (so far anyway). Asked me to download additional 67MB and had me choose WiFi or 3G.
Downloading...
Edit: it worked. Thanks!
I downloaded with HD2 running Desire rom then transferd it to Streak.
Had to download additional 97mb, works great
I'm getting a FC very early on in the game (around where you get to 2 guys to fight at once the first time). Looks like it could be a really fun game too. Reminds me of Conan on the 360. I LOVED THAT GAME!
Maybe I will try a reboot.
I played through to the 2nd level "The Keeper" and so far so good. A little jumpy, a little lag, probably can't play all the way through on Hard, but it works.
I installed from here and then let it download the rest from the gameloft site.... it worked like a charm.
Hope it works for you guys!

Not for me..
Airplane mode worked for me. Also, the restart did the trick also!
Thanks, installed in airplane mode.
This worked on my Sensation and on my T-Mobile GSII (Files were originally taken from Sensation forum, I just tried them on other devices). I don't have my Tab with me to try it right now, but figured someone could give it a shot.
Copy files to Titanium Backup folder and restore APP+DATA.
I know it won't work with AdFree or similar without modifying host files.
I tried, I can get it to log in and browse the available videos, however I get stuck on "buffering..." black screen or endless buffer loop where it starts to play ad but then just restarts and says buffering again
I also get the app loaded but get stuck on buffering
Do you have ad free or an ad free rom? That is what causes that problem on the sensation.

Working! !
Working GREAT on Galaxy 10.1 with Task650's "Galaxy Task 9.0" http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1340064
Hulu Plus was buffering endlessly then I applied the file in the second post in this thread to enable ad blocking via CWM.
And I'm drinking coffee and watching Family Guy

Galaxy Task 10.0 does have an ad blocker cooked in, it's a modified hosts file.
I stand corrected
I installed the "disable ad blocker" zip in CWM as mentioned in task650's post (thanks Gillian for pointing in right direction), and Hulu is now working! Thank you!!
I installed the Disable Ad Blocking on my Task ROM but I still get stuck in loop buffering.

Mine wasn't listed under H, I had to scroll down almost to the bottom to find the file when I restored it.
Also, as I used it more last night, I ran in to a lot of buffering issues where the ads would work fine, but the minute it got to the show it would buffer and pop up an error message saying no active internet connection (when I did).
I found it and restored app+data......am i supossed to have a login and password?.....i go to watch a show and it takes me to log in sreen
Yeah you have to have a Hulu Plus account to use it. They offer a 7-day free trial, then $7.99/mo after that.

Watchin **** Van Dyke right now...
Seems I spoke too soon. Got half way through the program and it stopped saying buffering then it says I may have a network issue please try again later or adjust your stream settings. I waited for about 2 or 3 min. and the video resumed. Then a couple of minutes an it happens again. Trying a lower video quality now, was set to hi....now med.Still well worth it cause before this I had nothing for hulh on my tab.
Thanks again
Says device isn't supported. Running Galaxytask 10 without ad block.
did you restore app + data? if you just did app, you'll get that error message I believe
Hey guys I'm now on my second resound after trading.my.gnex for.one.plus somee.cash. Anyways, I remember running into this issue before on stockish Roma not running aosp. Basically I go to download an all or other odd file.type in the sense browser or chrome (my usual choice) and get "unsuccessful download" constantly. Now I have noticed this does not happen in Scott's CleanRom DE but seems.to happen in others at least both Sense4.Rome I tried. I remember.in the old days upou could use a little app called download crutch but it kinda.disappeared from the face of the earth. But Astor and Linda file.managers also offer similar options but they don't seem to work on these roms for some.reason. So how do you guys get around this issue? I've seen.a couple apps.in the market that claim to help but they are basically download managers. I don't really wanna go that route. Obviously there.must be.something that can be done as I said it works fine.in CleanRom DE.
So, thoughts and ideas? Much appreciated.

The only time I ever run into this issue where I get unsuccessful download is when there is.t enough space
It might be simple but it's worth trying

Nope, plenty of space. This issue is a known isssue with android, hence the advent of such work arounds. Though it's mostly a blur, sense and touchwiz thing from what I have experienced. Never once happens on any AOSP rom on any android phone I've had (and I've had quite a few, more than even listen below)
I've had the same problem but only certain files. I found using dolphin browser works when the stock browser won't.
sent from my Clean Rezound
Meh, yes I have found in the past at least certain browsers would allow files like Opera. But I reallyy like chrome, and don't want to have to install a seperate browser just to dcownload files. Hell I even just triedx that dumb "download all files" app on the mkarket, to no avail. God this makes me want AOSP even more and miss my Nexus\ (or any device without only sense for that matter). But there must be a way cause on CleanRom it's not a problem at all using the same browser.
Bump, some help with this would be great.
So you traded your Nexus + cash for the Rezound? Or Rezound + cash for your Nexus? Just an idea that you could try.. Could extract the browser apk from Clean Rom DE and push it to your system/app.
Dear Community
As we all know well the stock browser sucks , after a long research i finally found the best browser at my opinion for Xperia tablet s and i would really wanted to share this with you.

I'm using 'Maxthon Web Browser for Tablet'~ Quite fast for me.
i like stock browser but what i don't like its slow unstable.
Heck my tablet shutdown usualy like once a day if unlucky and i'm not even sure what the cause is.
I've tried out several browsers myself ..
Actually I've installed chrome beta, UC browser HD, Stock and Opera.
The list changes times to times, but only one (3rd party) stays installed OPERA.
For me it's actually the best one, specially in two aspect: downloads management and web page support (last experience was by managing drop box list in a train company website...)
Also try Puffin Browser. Its pretty cool on tab s

And it also sends every url request, search data etc. to a 3rd party server. So have fun with Dolphin. Thats why i removed it from my devices.
Using Lighting browser atm, feels good, gonna let you know in a couple of days.

Thanks for posting the suggestion. I installed UC HD last night and gave it a test spin for several minutes. So far I do like it better than stock or Dolphin or Maxthon (both frequently shut down and dump me back to the tablet desktop). So far UC HD seems to perform well with no random crashing. Time will tell, >Maxthon seemed stable for awhile also. The one thing I do like very much about UC HD is the scrolling arrows in the lower right corner of the screen. I think that really helps navigating the web page and reduces the tendency for false finger presses on links you didn't mean to "click" on.
Thanks again :good:
2/4/2013-Thought I would update with my experience so far with UC Browser. Since posting the above I have used UC HD for browsing the web, checking e-mail and just general usage. Initially, all seemed great with no problems until the last two days or so. Unfortunately, the browser will close with a message apologizing for the app quitting and gives option to restart the browser or cancel. Once this happens every attempt will recreate the same message. The first time this happened I shutdown the tablet, after clearing the browser cache and history and restarted the tablet. This seemed to take care of the problem for awhile but eventually it begin crashing every time I opened the browser. I have discovered that if I leave it alone for an undetermined amount of time it seems to sort itself out and will begin working properly again, at least for awhile. Seems to be random and not associated with a particular site, it happens right away when opening the app. Hope this gets corrected in a future update. I really like using the browser.
Stock browser is more stablet than firefox, i have the two, but firefox give crash all time

I've tried all of mentioned in this thread. Finally I found one that is perfect for me. It's xScope Browser.
It's not free, but definitely worth the money.
i really like Boat Browser.. I always have more than 10 tabs open and only boat browser and opera can keep on memory all the tabs that i want, and i can see any tabs that I need, when i want to.. With Chrome and the others, i can have a lot of tabs too, but when i wanna see some tab.. they have to render all over again and is just a waste of time..
I use Firefox because Adblock Plus.
