I believe you have to go into Settings > About phone and then tap on build number repeatedly about 7 times.

It's not a bug... it's the way it is now since recent Maps' updates.

I'm not wrong, you're flashing an old lib file. If evolution is moving forward, you're regressing. Maps behaves this way on both the Google Nexus and Nexus 7 (with official JB)... it is intended.
I also find your version of English hard to comprehend... might I be so bold as to suggest your consideration of Google Translate in future posts?
You sure it works this way in the Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7?

On my Nexus 7 and Galaxy Nexus, yes. If it bothers people, of course, flash the old lib file... after all, it is a #firstworldproblem.
are we really discussing a flashing blue dot?

Go to >settings>about phone, then, tap build number 7 times continuously to enable developer options and performance.
Why ?
... are they hidden by default ?
I found this extremely irritating trying to hunt down.
Its not like Developer Options are some some unknown, uber leet secrete for the hardcore only, every android device i've ever worked on has them available by default.

they are now also hiding it because some people don't know anything and just click some thing so now they hidden it so it's more safer for people who don't know anything ;p and 1 one guy has 70 ****ing likes for the simplest thing what you can find that is something more likes then by a rom xd
Developer options on Kindle Fire
Kindle fire System Version: 6.3.4
I tried to pull up the Developer options by clicking serial no 6-7 times but nothing.
Not sure what is wrong with the tablet. Is there any other way i can enable usb/adb debugging. I'm trying to install a custom mod that would be stable on this device.
Thank you,

I'm 100% sure you can do that on CM-based ROMs (CyanogenMod, ParanoidAndroid, AOKP...), but not on stock FW.
Does anyone know how to do it in ParanoidAndroid?

[Q] Screen 3 by default at Home. I can change to 4.

On I9205 I had 5 screens whit the 3 by default at home (button home).
I have now 7 screens and I want change the default to screen 4 at home. But continue the 3.
How can I change this to have the 4 like my screen at home?
Thanks in advance for some opinions.
