i would like to know if it is possible to install this custom rom
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1514050
will there be a problem with the kernels and things such as these i had my mobile updated with seus to the latest version before it got bricked.
Also i have locked bootloader...
if it isnt possible for this rom can you suggest an other one?
i prefer gingerbread rather than ics because of battery drain.
Its for unlocked bootloader

Officially Unlocked Bootloader
I don't want to unlock my bootloader the unofficial way.. I am not exactly Mr. Safe Hands so I am afraid I'll mess it up.
But I want to Unlock my bootloader officially. Because I know we can relock it later.
Whenever I soft brick my phone, I use Sony Update Service to fix it. But I am aware I can't do that if I unlock my bootloader the official way.
So how do I fix a soft brick after I unlock my bootloader the official way?
I would bow down with gratitude if someone could please share a step by step method
Thank You
Hey this is a dead thread (by me )
But hey dude
dont think that seus will help you always in my situation it didnt.
I used flash tool to unbrick.(from soft brick)
Also if you rellock with oficial method it will be in re-locked state and not Locked
you wont be able to recover because some keys will be lost...
anyway i dont reccomend unlocking anyway.

I've already unlocked! And I changed my kernel.
But I figured it out! Using flashtool.. I can fix a soft brick even if my bootloader is unlocked. I didn't like SUS much anyway.. I have a very slow net connection and, therefore, absolutely hate to watch the files download.
Flashtool is awesome!

I had the same problem when I first tried to do mine, just wouldn't get past boot.
I then followed Brenty's guide found here and it worked first time (running DonutHD).
As Joseph said, you can always flash back to Stock using SUS.

I did it SUCCESSFULLY!!!
Here are the steps..
1.Turn off your device.
2.Take battery out and dip it in water for 10 years!
3.Now insert back the battery and then hang your phone from a fan and start the fan.
4.While the fan is rotating in full speed connect your mobile to pc.
5.And then flash the kernel and rom using unflashtool.
6.Then do a full flip from a 10000000000 ft. building
Then u'll be successful(in bricking your device):silly:
Press THANKS if I HELPED,

I'm most cases your phone maybe stuck at bootloop (but in some roms, maybe they don't even install without proper kernel) but if u flash the stock ftf file, then root and install cwm u can restore it...

Reflash your phone. Probably app you were using messed something up with system.
If you have CWM installed, then you should find flashable zip in dev section. If not download right ftf and flash at least SYSTEM part using FlashTool. Guides available in dev sections.
It happened because your Rom was not deodexed...theming won't work in odexed roms....now if you have recovery installed
Just restore the backup( I guess you don't have one)
Now all that you can do to get out of this endless boot is
1) repair your phone via pc companion( your bootloader SHOULD BE LOCKED)
2) download stock Rom from xda or somewhere available and flash the Rom via flashtool( locked or unlocked bootloader)
Hit the thanks button..it does not cost you anything.
it's worth something for me...
