You know, you are the second person to report this problem when flashing ARHD. The other person ended up sending his back in for replacement.
That doesn't sound good lol

No problems here on ARHD 7.1.

Your post says LTE so I'll address that.
I dont believe the LTE radio is on by default. To do so, go settings-->mobile data-->network mode...then change it to GSM/WCDMA/LTE auto.
Aside from that, those 4G speeds are TERRIBLE
You're not on LTE.
I dont think we can flash roms meant for other phones seeing how we dont have Soff
I've been on stock rooted and I'm still getting the same speeds and random drops to 2g all the time...

Trying to figure out why when I try to make a call my SIM disables itself and the phone freezes.
I flashed back to stock....I think, but want to make sure.

Hmm, baseband version should be I777UCKH7, right?
dude, thats weird, your base band version does not identify your phone as the att variant of the galaxy s 2.
my att gs2 reads i777uckh7 instead of your i1900
You have i9100 modem according to that screen cap - that would be causing your connection problems

Stock is UCKH7 - you've got a bogus modem.
I just posted the stock modem in another thread in General, I'll be posting it to dev later tonight once I do some investigation into flashing methods for it. I've seen some indications that CWM-flashing of modems on our device is a bad idea but I'm not sure.
Just posted a modem package to my return-to-stock thread in the first post.
Tested in heimdall, odin not tested.
Has anyone used this option in the settings? It gives you a day old usage from minutes to data. The only thing I noticed is that it labels minutes as megabytes. Ha

Why did they call this 'Activate this device'?? Never looked at it until now, MB glitch is kind of funny though. Especially since the data usage is listed in kb!
I've used it and what it does is refresh your PRL and firmware and tries to talk with Sprint to refresh tour activation settings. Once it does it displays all your plan data.

It's funny because its entirely different from Wireless and Networks > Usage.
I guess it's their to force an activation if hands free fails, and they just needed to put something in there if the phone IS active already.

Well the usage of android is not the best way to check usage and even says on it, the one you see in the activation is what sprint sees

with 3g
I've seen this before too. Not entirely sure why but guessing it put the radios to sleep sort of to conserve battery on wifi. Like, perhaps it keeps enough signal to send and receive but doesn't need to power it enough for fast data. Just a guess though because I've still been able to send and receive texts and phone calls fine with the signal like that.

the wifi would be my guess. as for the no 3g but full signal is probably because you're standing right next to one of sprints towers.
My wifi is just as bad and my PS3 and computer are just fine... If you find out please share.

...instead of 3g. I thought upgrading to ICS firmware might help this issue, but no change. Is this a known issue, you either get 4g or 1x.....just wondering

When you say cdma only mode, do you mean lte+cdma/evdo? Cdma only mode does.t use evdo, and that might be your problem. This is the one you want to use to access 3g, and 4g.

If you wanna use the cdma 3g only you have to set the phone to cdma auto prl.

Interesting , so I've been doing it wrong for about a year...that sucks. So I wanna use either "cdma + lte/evdo auto" or "cdma auto prl" ? I'm Verizon btw.....
Thank you

Hey, I'm new to rooting with Odin and I think I made a mistake trying to root. I flashed the telus root kernel and it seemed to succeed but it failed to boot. Panicking I flashed the other main root on the first Page which failed to write. Now it just boots to the telus boot screen then nothing. What should I do/flash? If you could help me ASAP as we're on vacation thank you'
