If you can't get into fastboot, try going into download mode and try flashing stock ics with flashtool.

Well had the same problem...was able to fix it by deleting and reinstalling google adb drivers from SDK

The screenshot clearly shows the fastboot drivers are not installed for the device. Reinstall drivers. They might be in flashtool/drivers directory.

What kernel image have you flashed? Can you get into recovery or download mode?
EDIT: also make sure Kies processes are not running while trying to flash via Odin
it seems like you're on a bootloop
try this

[Xperia S] Need help! Boot partition blocked

Hi,
I am using all that firmware stuff since a half year. I flashed kernels and firmwares trough fastboot adb and also through different cwm versions.
Now I am stuck. I tried to flash a different kernel, but get through fastboot adb a message from the bootloader that the requested partition is not found.
I will add a screenshot.
I was running a ICS kernel.
I can still flash system.img files, but my phone keeps always kinda untouched.
All files and settings remain there.
What always worked, now doesn't.
Any suggestions?
Thx!

First download latest Flashtool 0.9.8.0. and install it.
Download SEUS and flash STOCK rom with it (or via Flashtool). That will install and Stock kernel. After that, root your phone again via Flashtool( new one). Than choose kernel to flash, and rom...

You are choosing what to do. No need to unlock bootloader again if you unlocked once. But you must root your phone again after install fresh Stock Rom. I always, when get some unexplained error, flash Stock rom with SEUS and after that I root with Flashtool (latest version), and later install custom kernel or rom I want.
I am on FXP CM7 and I flashed amin kernel.
Now that my USB is not working how can I flash other kernel or get my USB working again?

Help Please

So this dumb @$$ flashed recovery like this fastboot flash boot (recovery).img and now im screwed. all I get is CWM. anyone know if this is fixable? I cant get into bootloader or get adb to recognize my device
If you get into CWM you should be able to push ROM into your SDcard. So you can adb push ROM there and install it from CWM.

I can't get adb to work. I wont find my phone. I now get HTC MTP Device installation failed
Have you tried wiping your data

Yeah, I've wiped everything, and still nothing.
Does any one have just the mtp drivers ? I've tried re installing HTC sync and it still says the drivers aren't installed.

I've been messing with it. If I hold down the Vol. Down and power it boots to a black screen. If I just hit the power button it boots the HTC logo and then goes into CWM. I can't get my pc to connect to it at all
I can get this to pop up
