In reality nothing. I've always wonder what the big hoopla was.
Splash screens? The ability to have the bootloader state that its "locked" when it is actually isn't? Flashing radios that don't really benefit anyone?
Hooray for S-off

It means security off it allows us to write to the bootloader. We can remove tampered and mod the unlock status and remove the red letters. Also we can change the Cid which will allow us to flash the international ruu

So does that mean I would be able to ruu to the unlocked version. The one they sell on the website for 575. Because I thought about purchasing it, selling the att brand to get it. But if it is all software then I'll just flash it over.

You can run it from your pc and it will flash your phone. You can also get the untouched updated .zip of the full rom instead of using the older rom .zip and applying the update to it (end result should be the same, but I always like to just get things from the source).
it says 1.31_003. maybe a new NV/PRI version?
Will this help those like me who updated OTA the other day? cause I have been searching for that RUU and cannot find it anywhere.
CHEERS!
Football, you are a freaking legend and everyone knows and counts on you for dropping the latest RUU's before anyone else.... but I'm sure you knew that already without me having to tell you .
Thanks for all that you do for this community!!! You're like the man behind the scenes that makes everything happen. Some may not know your name as well as some other devs out there, but you really are one of the few that makes this place the best site around. I just can't say thank you enough!!!!

If it goes well, I can test this as well, having multiple successful tests will be good to show validity of the success for release to others.
I am willing to test as well
Lack of update... makes me think test is still in process or problems have occurred... Fingers crossed

Seperate partitions. But we can flash splash.nb0 from recovery with proper scripting in zip file. I can confirm this works thanks to con247.

You can flash it but then if you ever wanted to rerun moonshine, then you would need to flash back to a supported version, or re run revone.
Just did revone and worked great no PC needed. Next is Supercid when I get home from work.
