when i flashed the great Rom zelly cream the dialer & contacts apps have problem , it's that when i open contacts i find no name , when i save new name i don't find it if i closed the app then reopen it , but i found call log working normally with all my recent calls , i tried to install semc & contacts & dialer again but the same problem , also i cleared data for those apps & same problem , now i'm using apps from market , any help guys

Then try a different ROM That's what I did, I really liked Zelly Cream because it was beautiful and had a bunch of options but it wasn't stable and that's what I need the most.

mmmmm i think that's not a huge problem , Bcuz v3.5 is very smooth with no lag , just 2 problems (walkman & dialer ) , i'm wating for new update

The same thing happens to me but when i reflashed rom with full wipes everything is working fine............... this happens when you try to flash black dialer package in addons section without importing your backup contacts..................... so first try to import your contacts in default contacts package that is white background after that you are good to go..................... i hope this will help you.............. happy flashing.................:angel::angel:

Paranoid android jb works great on my xperia neo v, and is an awaome rom how ever i don't like how google now works in it, the microphone is black and all those things which are of white colour in the real thing a are black here and it doesn't reply with audio all it does is display a card, for example when i ask the time it doesn't reply with audio and just displays the card
I am posting this here because i don't have enough posts, so i cannot post in the development section, so is there a fix to this problem? one thing which came to my mind was can you flash those google now files for ics to this rom, because i have used them and they work just fine on ics roms.

I already fixed by flashing gapps from the cm10 wiki, i am on v2.15 btw , this is a great rom the only thing now thats left to be fixed is video recording, i flashed both of the new patches but it doesn't seem to work.

Thanks DJ the new fix worked, ghe camcorder is working just fine. thanks to BESTTT also, i would like to tell one thing though after installing the fix i cannot use the camera ics app it forecloses, but thats okay i am using another camera app (zoom camera)

did you have any problems with network? everytime i try to port miui works ok without sim card but if i insert simcard it reboots and then never boot again!

edit: one problem is that devswift does not give just the files for camera fix so very tough making it stable! from scratch

I think this is great, you should really make a ROM based on .89, as Zperience was the best ROM I used based on c.10/.54.
While you wait for a good JB ROM, you could use that time doing a great Zperience .89 ROM, to give locked bootloader users some love, too

Please give me a solution to mount my xperia U internal storage as an SD card! I have tried the Xperia Mounter , but it doesn't work with your ROM! I had tried the GB Rocks and everything worked perfect with the program...it was also preinstalled!
Can you please help me on how to mount my Xperia U on MTP mode?

Your ROM? if its CM based rom then this is natural. Try Reducing the vol first then increase it! It will be much louder! :good:

maybe your baseband is outdated....
Try flashing Stock ROM with newest baseband and re-install the ROM....

can i ask which baseband do YOU preffer as .77 is the ICS latest and 86. is the GB latest i used both for a week to see but i dunno maybe im to dumb but cant see a big diffrence... tahnk u ^_^ also thx for help in fixing LWW dual speaker in JV-EX thread :good:

Sorry I don't know about .86 baseband ( coz I've never tried it ) and for me .77 baseband worked fine , without any problems
BTW your patch for JV is awesome bro .. keep up your good work

Gravity Box should do the job. Otherwise Biotik is working on a 4.2 bar style mod for stock rom - but I don't know when it will be ready. Please don't PM him o sth.. When he has done, you will find it
It's not that easy to port this into stock rom because we cannot compile stock rom from source. It needs a lot of work and w/o smali editing it's much more diffcult to realize. So it could take some time..
Why not just using a KitKat rom??? SlimKat 3.1 is fully stable! You can select to use whether its original kernel, JBX 3.0.8 version or JBX 3.0.31 kernel - if you like many options for tweaking.
Ive tried porting from other device, it works but so buggy and laggy when pulling up/down the notification window, some toggles dont work. And the look is not so good.
