Good to hear maybe in some month cyanogenmod will work better than any other rom but it will need time at galaxy 3 forum a developer is working on cm 7 for mor than two years now i think and some little things aren't working yet

Yeah. It's the stock kernel from the zip on opensource.samsung.com.
@up: Modifications to the ramdisk were necessary, but that's where it ends.
