How do you get an s note page to scroll down? If that can't be done, how do you add a second page?
Thanks

Hi guys,
I just upgraded to the latest Checkrom v4 (from the last version of Checkrom), and now, if I scroll to page 2, and hit the home button, it will take me to page 3, and not page 1 (home page). Do you guys know why?
Input is greatly appreciated!
Thank you.

Hi mate,
that's correct.
I'm not on Checkrom, but I'm sure that he also has the modded TW launcher.
This one has some feautre more than standard samsungs TW launcher.
It's standard set to default homescreeen 3 (from 4)
Just press menu and then preference (not settings) to get in settings from launcher.
There u can f.ex. change the default homescreen (in "Homscreens") and order off apps in drawer (in "App-drawer") and so.
Just have a look on it.
Hope I helped.

Hello Hannibal,
Thank you so much for your reply, I appreciate it. It makes a lot of sense, however, I am unable to find the "preferences" you are referring to when i press menu. I only see Add, Wallpaper, Search, Notifications, Edit, Settings.
Am I missing something?
I am also using Widgetlocker.
Thank you!
If you press edit, do you see yellow ball with white pin inside? It marks says 'default screen' . But im on cm7 rom/adwlauncher tho.
Flashing your galaxy, press Y to continue..
Ok I'm sorry, like the preview post says, u have to hit "edit" then OR "menu".
I don't know which launcher he included in Checkrom.
Maybe u can choose default homscreen via the preview of all screens ("edit" or just pinch to zoom out)
Or, like me, u have to press "menu". (That would bring u to the settings menu I meant in my first post )
Sorry, my fold

Ok. When on any screen pinch (or menu/edit) to display all screens. Long press page 3 (home) and move it to page 1.
EDIT: Works on tw4.5 but not tw4. In tw4.5 the home screen shows a little house/home on the home screen which you can move anywhere.

Right, but when u don't have it, like TW4, u have to change default via the TW settings (press menu>menu>homscreens)
That what I'm talking about last post.
(My english isn't the best, I know )

Thank you guys for your help! I appreciate it.
Probably stupid question but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to bookmark a page when quick controls are activated in the new ics browser. In the old stock browser, there was a choice to add a bookmark on the favorites page but its not there anymore. Can someone please tell me how to do it?
I think its still an experimental feature (maybe why its under labs? lol idk), but ya I think they overlooked that little star so for now we'll probably just have to turn it off to bookmark.
Edit: So this is a work around. You have to either enter the address or refresh it but for a split second at the top it shows the url bar. If your fast enough(its not too hard) and you tap that star before it goes away you can save the bookmark. Hope this helps for now.
Visit the webpage then go to your history and tap on the empty star too add to favorite =)
As for quick control there isn't a way
I did that in my ATT s2. However, i forgot how to. Can someone remind me this?
Right now the screen move left and right when swipping. Would like it locks in place.
Thanks
Looked to me like you could hit the menu button while at the home screen, select edit, and then drag the unused pages down to Remove...

I did remove all the empty screens. However the one page screen still moving itself a bit to left or right. How to completely lock? I think only scrolling wallpaper in TW in inter Note or ATT S2 can do it. Not our Note
If I follow a link that takes me to a website, the menu button and url box is not there.
Sometimes I want to copy/paste the url to share. Is anyone else noticing this?

Its a new feature where when you scroll UP, the menus are supposed to be shown.
I was having difficulty making them appear when needed yesterday myself.
I am a simple nook tablet user that has accidently changed my launch homescreen away from b&n one and would just get it back since it is what im used to. Never thought to bookmark it and now cannot remember or find addy. Can someone please provide for me so i can reset my homepage. Thnkx
If you mean the BN Nook Book Store it's http://www.barnesandnoble.com/u/NOOK-Book-eBook-store/379003094
web launch page
No I don't mean the store page. The page I am referring to is the one that was preset to come up when you clicked on the web button. It was a b and n page but also had the web search field as part of the page. Sorry to be a dork! Can't believe I never thought to book mark it!

Ok, this means you have an alternate launcher. Open the page with all your apps and look for one called "Home". That should be your stock home page If you can't find one called Home, look for "Home catcher". It's an app where you set what launcher to use when pressing "n".
Edit: Went and looked at rooted stock Tablet. Look in the bottom left corner of your home screen and there should be ymbols with 2 little houses. Touch there and you get a chance to switch to your Home, and also make it your default. "Quick switch" just switches, "Home Manager" let's you set your defailt.

Well, I don't have a clue what's going on! I must not understand you right.
If your device isn't rooted I don't get how the home page can be lost, and your talk about "bookmarking" it makes me extra confused. I associate "bookmark" with web page, and don't know how you could have bookmarked the home launch page
Sorry I couldn't help!
thank you

All I know is it had the same home page forever then somehow last night I was searching some recipes and must have hit something and suddently when I hit the web button on my home page it immediately opened to the food network! Have no idea what I did. I did not go to my settings page and change the home page but when I went there to check it now lists the food channel as my home page with no options to change. Since I have no bookmark to the original home page and cannot for the life of me remember the long page addy I have no idea how to get it back to where it was originally! thanks so much for trying to help! Maybe someone else will have an idea!
Could it be this one?
