i have a flew roms that let me flash my device is a replica samsung galaxy s3 or s4 not sure;
my phone was dead totally only was able to make it recognice as a usb com device, i was able to flash
using Smarth Android Flash Tool and now i have only ligths and vibrations, but the screen desnt turn on,
i could share those roms, but any one have any sugs about the blank screen :S

Gp1000+mp core viveante
1 GB ram
Android 4.1.1
Linux version 3.4.0+
All I wanna know is what ROM can I put, if I can put or maybe some other OS if you guys think is better

The configuration you said is general.
without knowing the name it would be risky to Put any Custom Rom.
This might lead your Tab to dead or Hard brick
I prefer you atleast get the name of the Tablet.
so that you can atleast root it.
and modify it as per your satisfaction..

bro if it's rooted.. try to search for Xposed Framework on your stock Rom,
then you can make many changes as Possible.

But would anyone be able to make a custom rom or be able to port one to the Alcatel Pop 4 ( 5051x )

I'm kinda a noob when it comes to making or porting android roms.

Try this: removed I removed it due to it not being compatible
