how to remove E911 from SE3.1 ROM? - Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note II

i am using i605 in china now, and i found there is no E911 in ClearROM ACE 4.9 but in CleanROM SE 3.1 rom
i want to remove E911 from SE3.1 rom,who can tell me how to do it ?thanks.

Vanilla Ringtones?

I'm not a big fan of the Samsung and Verizon tones. Is there an update.zip or apk with the Vanilla JB tones that I can install?

liquid smooth rom

Is there any real diffrence in liquid smooth for for i605 and the vzw version?
The verizon Note 2 IS the i605, so no.

Updating to 4.1.2
